Pacific Smiles Dental Morayfield

Booked in for a dental emergency as a new patient the morning of my appointment as I was in a lot of pain. Bad infection making my tooth loose. Dr Bala explained everything clearly and listened to my concerns. He continuously made sure I was comfortable, and was very gentle and patient. Considering why I was there the whole experience was very pleasant. The assistant was amazing aswell. So comforting, caring and empathetic. They certainly made me feel at ease. Even had me joking and laughing. I hate needles and have a bit of a phobia when it comes to teeth but they took their time and made it as pleasant as possible. I was seriously dreading my appointment but they made it a good experience. Exceeded my expectations. Reception was also lovely and welcoming. I will be going here from now on and highly recommending to everyone. Thank you!!!

I attended as a New patient with Dr. Bala and highly recommend, he is a brilliant dentist, so gentle and who listens to your concerns. I had a general checkup, cleaning, fillings and was simply a stress free visit. He was so professional, lovely and took time to make sure that I understood what was going to happen during each step of the procedure. All options were discussed and managed on your own terms, was fantastic and put my mind at ease before and during the procedure. The reception staff were also very welcoming. Thank you all.

Booked an appointment online for my 8 year old daughter, very happy with Dr Bala and all staff, very gentle and friendly, explained everything and ensured we were comfortable as we went along, thorough examination, dental nurse was very kind & kept my daughter calm. Recommended very highly & we will be returning in future!

I highly recommend Dr Ferdi Van Aswegen - he is a brilliant dentist and so gentle. I had a tooth extraction today and was simply a stress free visit. He was so professional, lovely and easy to talk to. I did not even know he already pulled my tooth, until his assistant pat my shoulder to say everything went well. The whole team is simply amazing! My son and I are booked for our routine tooth cleaning soon, and I don’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you all xx

A great clinic with helpful and friendly staff. The Dentist listened and respected my needs while clearly and fairly making recommendations and observations to help.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I’ve never felt so calm & well taken care of. The staff are beautiful & so welcoming, & they really listen to your concerns. I had 3 teeth removed yesterday & I haven’t even had as much as a Panadol! This just shows how gentle & precise Dr Gorantla is. To the blonde lady who assisted in the room, thanks for all your reassuring words & cuddles yesterday, I couldn’t have done it without you <3

I needed an emergency appointment on Monday the 27th and like a lot of people I have feared trips to the dentist my entire life. That all changed on Monday when I visited Pacific Smiles at Morayfield. Dr Ferrol, Belinda and the other staff member (I wish I had her name to thank her also) were all amazing. Dr Ferrol was very helpful and had me at ease my entire appointment. I would encourage anyone who is slightly anxious about visiting the dentist to give these guys a call. Dr Patel and her side-kick (I can't remember the lady's name now) were professional and lovely. They made visiting the dentist a pleasure.

So happy we found this Dentist I took my son Memphis ( 12 ) there last night and after seeing many other dentists I’m so relieved we finally found a great dentist who listens to your concerns and honestly the best experience we have had so far
My son had an extraction he has had a couple before and Dr Gary was by far the best experience we have had.
This will be the only dentist our family will see from now on and I will be recommending him to all my family and friends.

At last. Found a dentist that is caring, informative and goes out of her way to help. I would recommend Dr Mona to everyone. I have been quite a lot lately and I always walk out smiling. I’m from the age where we hated going to the dentist. Now I’m happy about going. Top marks to Pacific Smiles

Dr Ferdi Van Aswegen - Highly recommend.
I just had an old filling fixed by Dr Ferdi Van Aswegen. It was in my front tooth and very noticeable before. This was the 3rd time I've had it fixed and by far the best job done! You could always see it before and he has made it invisible and perfect! I feel like I have a brand new smile now. He was also very lovely, understood what I was after and super gentle. I wont be going to anyone else now.

Always good customer service, see them every 6 months don’t feel like they pressure me into unnecessary work for more money. Mostly running on time for appointments as well.

Staff were exceptional. Dr. Bansal was very calming and made me immediately relax

Very friendly staff as I get nervous of dentists they made me feel comfortable and always asking if I was ok and plus my daughter had a check up and a clean and they were very good with her been here a few times and I hig recommend them thank you for a great service
