So easy to deal with. Great communication. Delivery was so fast ordered Monday and arrived Thursday. Very well packed. Will be purchasing here again. My grandson will be so excited with his hexbot robots.

Such a great company! I accidentally selected postage when I wanted to pick up from Silverwater and they happily refunded the postage cost. The office was easy to get to and collect my order, the staff were so friendly and said next time to call them and they will bring my order to the car rather than getting all my children out! Will definitely be ordering from them again!!

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Crayons. I was able to find the Schleich items I wanted after looking at many other sites that were all sold out. I wanted to buy one extra item after finalising my order and after a quick phone call was able to add this, no problem. I received my order within a week just before Christmas. Thanks Crayons for such a hassle free transaction. I would strongly recommend the Crayons website, easy to navigate and they have a huge range of great toys at really good prices. Thanks again!

I ordered some warhammer models from here, they had great prices and the delivery was fast and processed my order fast aswell.

They deserve to be noticed, have a look at the website. And consider them next time you need to purchase a gift.

I ordered again from them and saved 20$ on citadel paints compared to other suppliers.

I recently made a purchase online for two items for my granddaughters 8th birthday. They emailed me to say there was a delay from their suppliers, then when the items came in rang, and asked that as we are in lockdown, could they send them directly to my granddaughter, ON her birthday, which they did, and she was thrilled. I have let all my FB family know (where there are a lot of grandparents). Good service should always be acknowledged.

An item I ordered was delayed in reaching them (by no fault of their own). I was sent a similar item by express post so that I had a gift in time for a party. When they received my original item, it was also sent to me via express post.
The staff are friendly, kept me constantly updated and went above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.

Made a recent purchase there was some delay with my shipment (from the post) and they responded immediately to my email. Checking on the parcel and informing me of the delivery time. This company goes above and beyond with customer service.

Ordered puzzles I wanted online at reasonable price, and shipping. Was despatched and delivered very quickly, especially for the over the Easter weekend and during carona. Would definitely use again. Puzzles were well packaged and arrived undamaged.

Exceptional service, Jonathon went above and beyond to deliver toys to us, after I made a mistake with the delivery address. Communication on the company’s end was very good throughout. Highly recommended for good value and reliable delivery.

I recently ordered a gift through the Crayons website for a friend who had just had twins. I selected the gift wrapping options (which, as customary, you pay a small fee for). I realised after I placed the order that I had made a typo on the gift card message. When my friend sent me a photo of the gift she’d received I saw that not only had someone at Crayons handwritten the note on the gift card (most companies don’t bother and just print it out) but that person had even corrected my typo! Bless! So thank you Crayons person who did that. I was really grateful for the extra touch. Will happily order from you again in the future. (I should add the price for the toy was about $20 cheaper than anywhere else I saw).

After stumbling across Crayons for some really well priced Christmas presents, I used them again for party favours for my daughter’s birthday. I had left it ridiculously late and couldn’t find what I wanted on the website, but a quick call to Jono saved the day. He literally searched the whole warehouse for me, found what I needed and sent it out and delivered by the very next night, just in time for the party. I cannot thank them enough for that extra effort and diligence. Their range is massive, their pricing is super competitive, and with customer service like that, I can’t fathom ever shopping anywhere else now for toys or educational tools. I’ve told all the mums I know about Crayons, and look forward to a long and friendly association with them. Supporting small business is so important in this climate, and Crayons make it very easy to do so happily. Thanks again!

I ordered a birthday present for my daughter on Monday night and paid for the same day delivery between 6-9pm. We didn't receive it so I called the courier who told me that I wouldn't get it until Thursday or Friday. I contacted Sheyne after 9pm at Crayons as my daughters birthday was on Wednesday (and Tuesday was the public holiday) and Sheyne got back to me that night. Sheyne then organised for a replacement present to be driven to me the following morning (on a public holiday!) so that I would have a gift to give my daughter on her birthday. This kind of customer service is exceptional! I was so impressed with the responsiveness and helpfulness of Sheyne and would order from them again. Thank you so much!

Excellent shopping experience. Website was a bit challenging to navigate. It was hard for me to see what is on special. But the support chat provided continuous support throughout my shopping time. I was assisted by jono who went above and beyond. My purchase was packed and delivered that day. Package has safely arrived. I am looking forward to doing more shopping at crayons. Ordered a toy a day before my son's bday. The manager was able to not only expedite the delivery, kept me up to date all the way through and managed to have the toy available for pick up on my son's bday the next day. I went to Crayons warehouse to get a Miniland doll for my doll obsessed birthday girl. The man (Jono?) and woman that I met were both so incredibly helpful and kind to my kids and I. I haven’t experienced this level of customer service in a very long time. I know where I’ll be purchasing all my kids toys from now on!

Bought 3 puzzles just as we went into lockdown. Boxes came undamaged, fast delivery and great products with reasonable prices would order again definately ..... thanks crayons.
