From Melbourne, phoned the florist in Ayr Qld and spoke to Louisa who could not have been more helpful in arranging a bouquet and bottle of champagne to be delivered to my wife for her 60th birthday who was in a motorhome staying at a cane farm - so the delivery address was a bit convoluted. The arrangement was delivered on time and my wife was ecstatic with the flowers, and a week later they still look fresh and she says the motorhome is full of "perfume".

Sent my mum some flowers for mother's Day, I was a bit worried when I ordered being I'm so far away so I put my trust in the florists hands,
I ordered the florists choice blend and I was so happy with them when I saw a photo of what mum received they were beautiful 😍 they were delivered on time and fresh, she was so happy, thank you so much!

Phoned through an order for a bunch of bright/colourful flowers to be delivered to a friend who was about to undergo a medical procedure. A bunch of beautiful/colourful fresh flowers was delivered as I requested. My friend was thrilled with the flowers received and described them as 'simply beautiful' and 'will be nice to wake up to' after the medical procedure.

Ordered a bunch of flowers for my Mum, 2 hours later she opened the door to the most beautiful bunch of flowers which were delivered with a big smile. Thank you Dotty Daisy Flowers for the speedy and friendly customer service.

I received flowers from a friend and I contacted the business when they had wilted and died within two days. I rang a number of times, send an email and was the messages had been passed on to the owner who would get back to me. Another follow up call last week and was given the same message. The delivery was three weeks ago and I am still waiting on a call. I wouldn’t recommend this business or their service. Most disappointing.

I had asked for a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my best friend for her Birthday. Well it turned out not to be a bouquet, but a small box of flowers, which looked like it had been put together by a child. It was so horrible looking, even my husband when i showed him said whats that, and he knows nothing about flower arrangements.
I did ring them, to be told the manager will ring you back, well heard nothing. What a disgrace, bad management, and what a let down. I have given 1 star, as it will not let me post with NO stars.

Had to go through my bank for a refund what they sent was not what I ordered and it looked disgusting!!! Dead roses, no fillers just rubbish! Looked Like a child had put it together. I wish I had of read the reviews before I ordered from them.
