I recently had an incredible experience with this flower shop and feel compelled to share. Their service went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they have a stunning selection of flowers, but the staff was also exceptionally kind and helpful. What truly set them apart was their willingness to personally deliver the flowers and a gift to my friend at the airport, who was departing for another country. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to both my friend and me. I am deeply grateful for their dedication and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flowers with a personal touch. My grandma got to the airport before I could pick her up. The 2 kind young people working at this florist let her connect her wifi so she could call me. Without them she would have been lost in the airport, thank you very much.

Easy experience to order flowers over the phone, and they were ready on the day as promised. Very happy with the arrangement.

The lady was very disrespectful and disgraceful. I bought this balloon (costs $25) for my son who’s arriving this morning with the mother, it was faulty and exploded itself in the terminal. I went back to exchange / refund, she refused and called me as a “very bad guy” and “a lier” - this was absolutely disgusting. I’m reporting this to NSW Fair Trading and the Airport, this kind of business shouldn’t exist.

The lady has the worst customer service manner. Flowers were poorly wrapped. To avoid disappointment, don’t go this place.

So rude to customers and overpricing for old flowers if you could go get your flowers from Woolies or somewhere else is 10 times better then this place..
