Zambrero Crows Nest

A healthy quick meal with the added bonus of providing food for those in need. I’d love more vegan/fish options but it’s great to have the black rice to make it healthier.

After heating my delivered food up in the oven, it was delicious. Even though it arrived cold, it did not take much to warm it up and honestly it was worth every cent.

I will happily eat this again.

Ordered online, the food was picked up within minutes of being finished and delivered very quickly.

The cheese on the meal was not melted, and the meat was cold. This is something that cannot happen unless the meal was prepared cold.

Residual heat would melt the tiny stands of cheese within seconds if the meat was actually served hot.

Will never order from here again, although I'm sure eating there in person would be fine.

The tacos is yummy paired with garlic. Quesadillas is a little bit oily maybe because the meat that i asked for is pork. But overall its a good food.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Sean and Alice at Zambrero, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, Sean and Alice greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that made me feel welcome.
Throughout my visit, Sean and Alice were polite, hardworking, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with my order. Sean took the time to ask me what I liked and gave me some fantastic recommendations that I never would have thought to try on my own. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and I could tell that he truly cared about making my experience at Zambrero the best it could be.
What impressed me the most about Sean and Alice were their work ethic. Despite how busy the restaurant was, they remained calm, collected, and focused on the task at hand. They were able to keep up with the fast pace of the kitchen while still being attentive to their customers' needs, which is a testament to their hardworking nature.
Overall, I cannot recommend Sean and Alice enough. They are an asset to the team at Zambrero, and I hope that their dedication and exceptional customer service are recognized. If you're looking for a great meal and an even better experience, be sure to ask for either Sean or Alice at Zambrero – you won't be disappointed!

Decent customer service is a dying breed, but not at the Crows Nest Zambreros. Dude that served me today - bearded guy with the hat - brought an energy and assertiveness that you rarely see at a fast food place. Big props to him.

I continue to go back to your crows nest store because I am always greeted with such a lovely welcome and fresh foods. The manager is always helpful with my dietary requirements and she has remembered my order since the first time. Always nice to see such good customer service from Abbey.

I used the catering option for my work colleagues over the weekend and had the pleasure of organising our food with Abbie, the lovely restaurant manager!

Not only was she highly accomodating and friendly but she also took the time to understand our strict (and short!) delivery window. She was more then happy to spend time over the phone figuring out our options and the best way to cater for the crew, and I really appreciated the time she gave into ensuring our order went according to plan.

Because of this, the food was delivered on time, at perfect temperature and with a smile!

There are absolutely no complaints on our end. Food was delicious and everyone enjoyed their dinner! 10/10 would recommend and thanks again Abbie, you are a LEGEND!

I've been getting food from here for a while and it always tastes fresh and light despite being Mexican food. Today I ordered food from here on Uber and had an issue with the uber driver, but the lady that took my call at Zambrero was amazing and accommodating following the stolen item. Even threw in a couple of complementary brownies! Amazing customer service and food! I'd highly recommend.

I've been to Zambrero's several times and it's a very addicting restaurant. Despite being a fast food chain, the food is amazing and definitely worth the price. Every time I've been, the people have been very nice and the service has been great, the people are so nice and helpful with options. You can ask for whatever you want on the food, as well as for specific ingredients off, like coriander, because everyone hates it. Bonus: the manager Abi is beyond sweet and is always down for a chat. Great place for fresh food!

As a passionate coriander-hater but a huge chilli food fan, I’ve gotta be careful with Mexican food. Especially fast Mexican food. But when done right, I come back again and again. My first experience of Zambrero was in Adelaide and I loved it. This one went above and beyond. Finding out my coriander issue, they went out back and brought our salad items without the devil herb in it. THAT’S customer service!!

I stopped going to the other fast Mexican food place in Crows Nest as they had pigeons flying in and out of the kitchen!! This place is tasty, friendly and pigeon free!!!

Visited here on Friday night and the service was just fantastic. I was served by a tall guy and he was absolutely a legend, but unfortunately I didn’t get his name. Credits to the store for training their staff so well. Also thanks for hooking me up with an amazing burrito

Price can be higher than GYG nearby but I’m happy to pay extra in exchange for an excellent service.

Plus, it’s an open kitchen so you can see how staff make the dish and can pick the filling step by step. How cool it is ayeee!!

Great little Mexican joint in Crows nest. They always seem to have some great deals happening as well. The staff are extremely friendly and the owner is an absolute legend. I've been here about 6-7 time since it opened and I'll be sure to continue coming in the future.

Super friendly staff, first time here and will be coming back. Tasty, fresh and definitely hits the spot. Had the burrito bowl but will eventually work my way through the menu.

Food is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They even remember my dislike of coriander and offer me coriander free toppings! So good. I'm coming every week.

Menu boards should show entire menu possiblities eg, display says white rice but they have large pot of black rice - I had to ask for black rice - new folk might not know that black rice is available.
