The staff and owner were so lovely. The kitchen was closed when we got there but they generously offered to make us something anyway. We were expecting something simple but the meal was amazing. The falafel is seriously the best I’ve ever had. They really went above and beyond. Thanks guys. I will totally be back, and further from close next time 😅 thank you

A lazy day wandering Pyrmont, we stepped into this cafe and were immediately greeted with a friendly smile. We both picked a Wagyu Beef Burger, mine with chips. We also had a fresh juice. The juice was brilliant. The burger too. Overall a lovely experience.

Was invited to attend this Persian venue by the fabulous musician/singer Andrea Smith. What a wonderful experience. Owner Mariam, made us feel at home, food was incredible and authentic and we had an amazing. Have already arranged to vicit again soon. Tucked away on the quiet side of Jones Bay Wharf. A truly memorable experience

Highly recommended. This cafes food is absolutely out of this world. All of the food on the menu is amazing with loads of vegetarian options. We really like the Golzeme and Zaatar eggs on toast but the falafel in particular is the best I've ever eaten. It's honestly on another level. No words will describe it, you need to give it a try to understand. Apparently it's made fresh on site. The staff are super friendly and the location is really peaceful and relaxing.

Went for breakfast, didn't disappoint! Best long black coffee- lots of crema, not bitter, so good! Breakfast was delicious, tasty and fresh. Staff and hostess were busy, difficult times. Keep it up, it was amazing, thank you. 😊

OMG, sensational vegan Persian food and a hostess who just made us feel so welcome. This is a fabulous restaurant, in a great location on Jones Bay wharf. From the to die for falafel to baked eggplant, Persian curries with rice, sour and delicious barberries and pomegranate molasses, turkish coffee, beautiful vegan friendly wines. We will be back!

Great place for breakfast. They do lunch and dinners as well. A diverse menu. We sat in the sun and looked out over the water at all the boats. Excellent friendly staff. All good

Arrived from Perth and was looking for a place to have coffee and breakfast. We stumbled upon Rumis corner cafe and subsequently had breakfast there every day following. She remembered our order for 4 people daily without us mentioning a single thing. Highly recommend. Thanks Rumi!

We fell in love... with the food and stories and gentle perceptive and truly attentive service. The 2016 white wine was for fans of aged white, the 2017 Turkish "Kav Narince" (a new cépage for me) was a perfect summer white and the trout was perfect. The duck & lamb too and the falafel stack was easily the best falafel I've had in 25 years. There are "I can't quote place it" flavours woven throughout which I enjoyed. Even the fries for kids are special. What a discovery. And because the clientele is here to enjoy the food and ambience, it's not roudy like other nearby lunch places on a Sunday. Truly grateful for being so well looked after is what is good old fashioned hospitality a love of ingredients and family dining.

We ordered 3 Rumi platters for 3 people, they were delicious and more than enough for each of us.

To drink, I had an Acai Betty, coconut water, banana and Betty smoothie...😍

We had an interesting conversation with the Director of the Restaurant the marvelous Maryam Azady absolutely lovely.

I just finished having lunch here for the first time, it was equally as good as the breakfast I had here for my mum’s birthday 2 weeks ago

Wonderful food, including delicious vegan options. Maybe the best in the area for a great value, perfectly prepared lunch right by the water! This place always has super friendly staff. Really impressed.

So happy we tried this place for brunch today. Great food, great presentation, friendly staff. A few vegetarian friendly options :-) we will definitely go back.

Favourite place in Pyrmont for sure with a great ambiance and friendly staff. The Chorizo Stack is exceptional for breakfast, and can't go past the Rumi platter from lunch onward. Love the Turkish coffee.

The food was amazing and varied with complex flavours and interesting combinations. The service was great with Mariam chatting to us and teling us about the dishes. I highly recommend

Great little spot on the wharf with friendly staff and top quality food!! I'd highly recommend the platters and following up with unique Persian ice cream or any of the other desserts. Looking forward to my next visit! 😁
