i went to Ayers rock Airport and rented from this car company.

1 Car doesn't work propely

on 2day, Car doesn't work , engine didn't started. i doubt battery problem. and they came to fix it.

after that , they said , if you go with transmission mode D, engine doesn't start . that's why you can't start engine.
but heres thing.i pulled out car key last night .if Transmission still D , you cannot pull key out .if they say so, why i can pull my key out?

that car system is like this , when transmission P you can start engine(they said youre doing with D that's why you can't start engine)and also transmission P you can't pull out car key from car.

but i pulled my key out and going back to car ,tried to start engine, it doesn't work at that time.

they still said car doesn't have problem. i missed sunrise of Ayers rock because of this.

2 if you refill gas fully , but you gonna charge some more for gas

i got invoice from them . and theres gas price added. even though i refill gas fully.they cost me 35more dollers and it is 5.8L (as they said if they refill gas 6dollers per L). i rented car called Suzuki Jimny. it is running 15km / L.
i refill at just 8km far from airport . what's going on here.

i can't trust Rude staff anymore will never use this company in Australia. Terrible.
