Hertz Car Rental - Ayers Rock Airport

The staff were so friendly and helpful checking all details to make sure we had the best deal . The airport was so convenient to hire from . The car was in great shape a Toyota hybrid rav , the petrol station at the resort was easy to find and fill up and ease of hire made it a pleasure . We definitely felt that we would have missed out without taking a hire car to explore , Uluṟu, Kata Tjuṯa , kings creek station and kings Canyon . Luckily we drove during daytime so avoided the wild camels, horses, donkeys, cattle on the road outside the national park . Make sure you book early in the busy season

The lady at the Hertz desk that served me was lovely and friendly. We got helpful info around where to go to get to our "wolf creek" accommodation and where the local shops were as where we were staying was a fair drive out of town. The car was clean and easy to drive. Even though the car didn't have a key it was easy to work out

I was highly impressed with Hertz Yulara throughout my booking process - being greeted by name with a friendly smile and then receiving some honest advice goes a long way. Refunding my original booking back in 2020 was a breeze too. We loved driving the Hybrid Toyota RAV4 - certainly enjoyed the fuel savings too! The invoice communications also made it clear what to expect at every step. I’d be hard pressed not to book with Hertz Yulara again next time. Recommended.

Hertz at airport is great. Team really look after yourself and explains the full details. Cars are parked just outside the Airport 50mt away only. You can drop your cars keys after hours at airport itself. Don’t worry about refilling full tank since hertz charges your 1c difference from the fuel station price. Cars are really great in condition, neat clean. I would highly recommend them

Big shout out to the staff here.
My husbands wallet fell out of his pocket after refuelling the car before returning it to town centre office before our flight back home.
We rang and spoke to staff and the airport staff also, they chased up and returned his wallet just before we boarded our flight.

My hertz experience has been up and down, but the Uluru hertz was better than I expected. Got a bigger car than I wanted, and aside from the old people in front of us slowing everyone down, it was without any hiccups. They gave us a perk as a result of our minor mixup.

A big thankyou to the team at Ayers Rock airport and Yulara resort. At the airport before our return home, we realised that we had left a pair of script sunglasses in the car, returned at the resort earlier that morning. The team at the airport counter contacted the resort team and the sunglasses were not only found but driven to the airport before our flight. Thank you again.

First time with Hertz, everything went smoothly, We were given an up to date car, with full tank , we paid everything upfront, We had the car for 3 days, We returned car with full tank, so glad we did it,
