Nicole and the team at Number 1 Ocean Street provided such a high quality service for our wedding a few weeks ago. Nicole is easy to communicate with, answered my many emails promptly and provided advice which helped immensely in the planning phase of the event. The venue looked stunning and has uninterrupted beachfront access which was a bonus as our guests were able to walk 5 minutes down from our ceremony location. The team was flexible and on the day were attentive and helped the event flow seamlessly. Thank you for making such an effort to help coordinate our reception particularly with a champagne tower on arrival and busy cocktail hour for 115 people. I would strongly recommend this venue for a wedding.

We booked our wedding (of 150 guests) with only nine days’ notice as we’d panned to have it on our private property but the weather meant we had to find an alternative venue at the last minute. From the moment we made contact with the Events Manager, we were given top priority (even outside of business hours) and the logistics of the last-minute change was handled with ease. Nothing was a problem and the venue worked with us to accommodate our existing plans with a minimum of disruption so the best night of our lives was as close as possible to our original vision. Even though the venue was booked for another event the following day, the staff went above-and beyond to make sure our needs were met. We had an amazing night and couldn’t have been happier with how everything went. We’d highly recommend the venue for anyone wanting a hassle-free wedding in an incredible location.

The Hub Cafe is downstairs Street level & it's a great little spot for a coffee, snack & relax. The view helps 👍👍

Great coffee every time. Unreal view. Yet to try the food.

Under full reconstruction at the moment. Should be great when completed by the looks. Can't wait to visit next trip as the views will be amazing for sure. ( Hope they will have great eateries/bar to fully enjoy the experience 🤔) Update (Aug.2020), from what I can make out , the Clubhouse will not be open to general public. What a shame. Never mind, still plenty of beaches in QLD with great views.
