Doctor Easter & Doctor Kwong, two of the loveliest Doctors you would care to meet, caring, professional & very adept in everything medical, Doctor Kwong is especially gentle in administrating the dreaded needles, I didn't feel a thing! Thankyou also to the Front Desk staff who were awesome in organising my appointment (text reminder - very cool!), organising my texted scripts & delivering exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Genesis Medical to anybody, my whole family also use them (but not to be mistaken with Genesis Vietnamese Restaurant though, Genesis Medical is great but not sure if they could serve you up a good Pho while you wait LOL!!! ...see below review!).

Doctors Wong and Villena are both fantastic, caring and professional at all times. They take excellent care of their patients. I have lived in Epping for a long time and they are hands down the best GPs in the area, especially for families. Highly recommended!

One of my good school teacher introduced Dr Easter Villena for my bad headache that I was suffering more than 4 years. she is a very nice good doctor. She takes the time to listen and gets the whole picture. Based on that she does relevant diagnosis. She takes time to explain everything clearly about the situation and follow up. She gave me a very good solution and it worked for me. I am really happy that I met Dr Easter. Highly recommend!!!

Both Dr Wong and Dr Villena are two of the most compassionate and competent doctors I have ever had. They really listen carefully to what is going on and any treatment plans are explained in a thorough and caring manner.

Dr Easter Villena is the best doctor! I've moved twice and I still travel to see her from Wollongong. Dr Villena looks at the whole picture, takes the time to explain everything clearly and the time to answer all your questions. She prepares you for all circumstances. Highly recommend!!!

Dr Easter is without doubt the best doctor I have ever seen. Where other doctors ask for symptoms as a shopping list and diagnose and treat them one by one, often missing the whole picture, Dr Easter listens!, gets the whole story and then makes a diagnosis. Treatment is organised with consideration of your life demands and bank account - very rare.
