My son had a sleep apnoea test at blooms shellharbour his results showed severe sleep apnoea. Marie helped set us up with a sleep apnoea machine. She made my son feel at ease and guided him through the process. I highly recommend blooms shellharbour and Marie if you have any sleep apnoea issues. Her customer service was outstanding. Her dedication to service is to be acknowledged. Thank you Marie you are very much appreciated.

What a helpful, friendly team we met yesterday. Kuin and the girls on the register were lovely. They made what had been a stressful day a bit happier by their warm, friendly dispositions and smiling faces.

I'm So impressed with the assistance given by Danni and her team at Blooms Shellharbour after my elderly mother was rushed to hospital, then operated upon.

As my parents' tablets hadn't been sorted by my folks before this, I asked for the help of their chemist. I had my list but wasn't sure if it was up to date as my folks take quite a lot of tablets, so they rang their GP who faxed a list.

My folks now have 2 week's supply of medication in blister packs. the staff even worked overtime today to complete it for me as had to drive back from a hospital 30 minutes away.

Could not recommend Blooms enough Danny, Adrian and the team were so accommodating on my last minute dash before going away. They bent over backyards going out of their way, fantasitc service!!

Very poor service at blooms Stocklands Shellharbour, I was waiting to put my script in and they served people that came in after me,then I sat there for 30 minutes, so l said is that my prescript you're doing,he asked me my name then he said no I'm not doing yours, he was doing a woman's precript who came in after me and she went shopping elsewhere, 6 people in there and I couldn't get served,bloody disgraceful.

I went to blooms chemist last week Thursday to get some documents certified by a JP, they told me she was there but won't do it because she only certifies documents on Wednesday... come back next Wednesday.
So I come back today and get told, No. We're doing stocktaking today.
I asked why they didn't tell me that last week instead of telling me to come back?
I got the response... I don't know.
