I recently visited your restaurant and was immensely impressed by the precision and orderliness reminiscent of a pristine airport. The decor was thoughtfully arranged, creating a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere.

The cleanliness and arrangement of the tables were extraordinary. Each table was perfectly aligned, with surfaces so immaculate they gleamed under the ambient lighting. This level of detail in cleanliness was truly remarkable.

The ambiance was further enhanced by the well-orchestrated sounds of the space, adding a comforting and grounding effect. The staff's attentiveness and purposeful movements contributed to the overall sense of efficiency and care.

The culinary highlight was the nuggets – a perfect blend of crispiness and tenderness, thoroughly enjoyed by both me and my friend Joe. It was a delightful dining experience that stood out for its attention to detail and overall sensory pleasure.

Thank you for providing an experience that was not just satisfying but truly exceptional in every aspect.

We were served by a lovely young man named Raff, who was very polite to us. He helped us with our concerns and was very customer-service focus despite the fact that he seemed to work in the back area.

Jasmine was also very helpful, and was exceptionally polite despite the late time of night (almost 2am). They were missing Apple slices at first, but quickly found them only a couple of minutes later, and I was very impressed.

busy , many seats inside , place looks clean and food was fresh . Fried pineapple tempura was crunchy and hot .

Perfectly made hot chocolate. Thank you for paying attention to the customisation of our drinks and getting them right the first time.

Best Maccas around. Staff are excellent and the place is always clean, food well presented.

Great clean venue, equipped with a massive playground. The staff here provide great service here. The time you place your order to receive it is very quick.

Honestly one of the best McDonald's I have ever been too.
Firstly, when you walk into this place its clean, I mean super clean.
The staff are friendly and all have smiles on their faces, they look happy to be there.
The design of the place is really modern and spacious.
The food, well it was served hot and didn't look like it had been put together by a 2 year old playing with mud.

Workers were really nice

Very busy and popular Macca's, with a team on top of everything. Great food, service, and facilities. Nice play park for the kids.

Hubby and l were there on Monday 4/1/21 at about 3/30pm, during a torrential rain storm. We found The facilities were clean and tidy. The staff were super friendly. Big shout out to James, even though he was drenched to the bone from cleaning up in the outside area, he still managed a smile and friendly conversation while performing his duties. Was very impressed by the staff during our visit.

Lovely food and service

Not good on Friday & Saturday nights after 11pm. Wait is ridiculously long. Understaffed.

I found it pleasing to find a fast food restaurant provide such a personal service. One staff member wished me well calling across the restaurant as I left. He didn't have to as I was a distance from him. In a dog eat dog world I found this quite refreshing. I went back and thank him for giving me faith in the human race. Perhaps its not all doom & gloom.

I've literally only been here twice in my life.

The first time there i ordered a Happy meal, because of EXTREME hunger, they forgot the meat.

The second time, i saw a wedding take place. Congratulations to all involved, it really makes me happy seeing McDonald's host such a great moment.

5/5 stars, would visit again.

I always enjoy dining in at McDonalds Warilla. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble and the restaurant itself is always clean and tidy. Table service is prompt, the food is always fresh and the play area keeps my grandchildren safely entertained. Hats off to the staff for always ensuring our dine-in experience is a happy one.

Recent renovations have really improved this restaurant. The park is fantastic for all ages... I have an 11 and 6 yo.
The staff are quick and friendly and there are so many places to choose to sit.
The only thing I would suggest is they are a bit more informative about the new Mcafe window
