I wish I could give this store no stars. Purchased a knife for my knife block and when I got home I noticed it was not the correct 1 for my set, there was just a slight difference in markings on the handle. I went back to the store to exchange it and use the refund difference to purchase another product, I didn't want the $30 which was the difference in price between the 2 knives. The owner of the shop said it was my fault and no way I could exchange it, she went on to say if I had a problem I could contact consumer protection because she was within her rights to refuse me. I was very polite and told her that it was not a good way to do business especially in a small town and proceeded to walk out, she just had a smug arrogant look. I believe in supporting local businesses but definitely not this 1. Found the correct knife I needed online and $35 cheaper than hers.
