Always good service by great staff.

The great colonel and his dirty bird hold a very special place in my heart. I'm not big on fast food but over the last 20 odd years of my adult life the colonel has always been there for me at my lowest.

During times of the greatest of hangovers, he's always been there to pick me up. Sadly however his staff have constantly been a let down. From forgetting to include food items in the box to soggy chips or chicken, long queue times, refresher towels or cutlery not included.. it seems to be good quality service and quality fresh food do not go hand in hand with KFC.

That is of course until I stumbled across Karratha Kfc. I have travelled all over this great land and sampled many of the colonel's establishments and can say that without doubt Karratha KFC is by far the greatest of them all. Now in fairness it's a small sample size in that I've only been here twice but both times the service has been impeccable, no food items paid for have been forgotten, Refresher towel and cutlery have been included and surrounded by the freshest tastiest fine colonel you could ever hope to indulge in.

Congrats to the management and the entire team. This ladies and gentlemen is how a KFC should be run. The colonel would be proud.. well done team and thank you!

I havent had kfc for over a year so it was delicious, worth the wait lol. Lovely service from the young lad who served us. Hopefully it wont be another year before I get to go there again. :)

Delicious food especially the chicken

Really good kfc. The chicken was lovely. One of the best kfc i have ever had. The chips are a bit soggy though.
Edit 6/9/18: Easily the best kfc in the country. The chicken is always juicy and they always give me the chicken cuts requested.

Best KFC i have had in a very long time

Having not been a frequent dinner at KFC Australia wide I found myself in need of something quick and easy to satisfy a moment of hunger whilst here in Karratha. I chose to have fast food to ease the need and came across the iconic brand name and here I am.
Service was excellent the young men and women were most helpful in my purchase and polite and keen to assist me with the appropriate wipes I needed to vanquish an incredible low cost meal. Serious thumbs up for all the staff at KFC Karratha, fresh chicken and smiles all round from the staff.

Best KFC I've been, It's always fresh and friendly

Everytime we drive through Karratha (once a year) we come here for a KFC fix as there is no KFC where we live. The chicken and chips are always amazing! Freshly cooked and just delicious! Can always expect a great feed here

Tom burton is the best kfc worker I have seen in my life he deserves a pay raise and more shifts.

What can I say TED... TED is his name. Such a young vibrant soul just soo willing to take my order. He was soo patient with me whilst trying to place my order. Would visit again.

Best KFC I have had in Western Australia . Fresh and cooked to perfection. If only all KFC'S could do the same.
