Great location, close to all the major shops, comfortable rooms with large bathroom facilities, the staff are first class, Lee, Gloria and all the team are ever so helpful, professional and friendly. The new renovations have made such a positive impact on the atmosphere there. The pool side seating is now perfection and modern. The new menu for the Italian restaurant is divine. I ordered the gnocchi and each of us had ordered something different. Every meal was amazing.

Highly recomended, you can come down here with the hole family and kids for the day just buy a pizza and it's all good better day out than going to the local swimming pool and cheaper too.

we had room service after the second phone call where is our meal ill see will ring you back ''''''''''waiting no call--------rang back 2 hours later we got our meal very late did not eat it all, next night we dinned inhouse food was great it cost $98 delicious.watched a movie went to pay the bill on leaving got a nother dinner bill which we DID NOT HAVE SIGNITURE WAS A FANCY ONE AND STILL GOT CHARCHED FOR IT,this was surpossed to be a relaxing get away. SO BE CAREFULL MY ADVISE USE CASH AND DONT WATCH A MOVIE OR ORDER ROOM SERVICE

Absolutely incredible experience here at the KI. I’ve been travelling for work and staying at many hotels and using conference and events facilities all up and down the coast of WA. We’ve been at the KI twice in two weeks and both times the service here has been 10x any other place we have been. Everything is well maintained and feels very clean. Every staff member we have encountered from cleaning, reception, restaurant and events has gone above and beyond to accommodate us. Special mention to Melissa and Bastian who especially went out of their way for us on numerous occasions with all requests received with a smile no matter how inconvenient for them. Highly recommend and I hope management take time to acknowledge the amazing work you guys are doing for your guests and the value you are adding at this establishment. Thanks again guys!

Never stayed here before but was there recently for an overnight work function.
Rooms are huge, recently renovated and nicely appointed. Staff were friendly, great looking pool, we used the boardroom for our function which served its purpose. Catering for the function was quality, dinner and breakfast service was great. Not a huge fan of the pizza which was prerty heavy and not great for vegetarian dinner options but there were a lot of tomahawks and chicken dishes around the table and everyone enjoyed it.

Stayed one night at KI. Room was clean and quiet. The food at the new restaurant was good and service fantastic. Breakfast is by far the best value in town.

Half way during stay, excellent and friendly staff. Dinner was served as expected. Staff still remembered what we drank day before. We had a change of mind after we tasted a ginger beer which was exchanged for XPA without an extra charge. Excellent service also rooms freshly renovated and serviced every day! KI is the place to be again!

My five year old son and I stayed for five nights and had a great time! We stayed in the suite which was perfect. Large and beautiful with a handy microwave and kitchenette. The staff were lovely and accommodating. And we really enjoyed the food. Thanks Karratha International!

This hotel was amazing.
The rooms are modern, open and bright.
The staff are super helpful and the restaurant has wonderful food at reasonable prices.

Booked a room for a VIP, the reception staff member were so helpful and nothing was a problem. We came in late and could still order when the kitchen staff were due to finish. The food was delicious, thank you so much for the hospitality. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you Chantel (front office sup)and awesome kitchen staff.

We stayed with KIH a couple of months ago with our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and had a fabulous stay. We had two adjoining rooms which was perfect for us and they were modern, fresh and clean. The restaurant was also a hit. Last week we were booked in to stay again (as they were so great the first time) and the day we were due to arrive our son had a medical emergency which meant we needed to cancel our weekend stay. These guys were so amazing that I cried ugly tears when they waved the late cancellation fee entirely. Not only is this accommodation lovely they are also genuine people with hearts of gold. Thank you KIH! We will be back x

It was my 50th stay last night and I have always enjoyed coming to KI - thank you for the hospitality over the last few year- can always rely on the friendly service, excellent facilities including gym.. the new renovations underway around the pool are going to be wonderful too.

Nice, clean and huge room. Large wardrobe and toilet area. Generous space to move around despite having all the furnitures. The room lightings and setting create a pleasant and soothing ambience. Great for individual, couple as well as family. Friendly and helpful staff 😀

We celebrated Mother's Day...3 generations of mothers! Had most delicious dinner...truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere..

Had a wonderful work lunch here, spicy chicken burger was delicious and the Sauv blanc was lovely, all of my colleagues were very happy with their meals and there was a wide range of options. Staff were very friendly and attentive too.

Dealing with Maddsion on the front counter has been one of the highlights of the hotel it makes me recommend it just for her services. yes The room mattress was also nice rare in a hotel :) (yes they could do with a better pillow) but service and especially once u have left that they still care counts a lot for me.

I really enjoyed staying there. The room was very spacious and clean, the staff couldn't be more friendly and I had a great breakfast. I would choose to stay there again.
