Great experience with Realmark Karratha so far. We applied for a house after been unsuccessful 6 times in the last 3 weeks. They processed our application ASAP and was approved with in 4 days. The staff here are so welcoming and polite. So far they are the best real estate in town.

We have been renting a property through Realmark for a few years now. Since Ellene and Jordan took over management and eventually the entire business, we have had such an amazing experience with Realmark Karratha. Ellene always goes out of her way to make sure both the tenant and owner are happy. Whenever something needs to be fixed or with scheduling inspections, the team is very helpful and cooperative. Jordan always puts up short videos on Facebook with tips for buying/selling a property that we have found particularly helpful. So definitely 5 stars for Ellene and Jordan!!

Have recently made the switch from Karratha First National after ten years of progressively deteriorating service. The experience has been so gratifying - it has restored my faith in property managers - which is saying something!
We knew we were not getting the service we wanted from our previous PM but there is always a nagging doubt about whether our expectations are set too high. Clearly they were not and Jordan and Ellene have demonstrated that it is possible and reasonable to expect courtesy, good cheer, prompt response, attention to detail and just plain old customer service.
