Entry is small and not obvious. It is accessible only from Bathurst street. narrow spaces. So hard to get out in the morning as people parked ramp areas.

There are 10 floors of Parking. We got there 3pm on a Saturday and we had to park on the 3rd last floor as it filled up.

Yes it is a tight car park as other reviews said however just go slow and you'll be alright

Cheap and great technology, just register your number plate prior and it automatically lets you in and out, no stopping at boom gates. Cons - spiral down and down super tight spiral for like 5 mins before find a spot, very very tight, I have a small hatch and had to reverse a few times. Lifts take a while so just walk out the spiral…cars park in the ramps even where it says tow away

Very narrow spiral in and out. Had to reverse at every level coming out in my Hilux togetvaround the bends. Thank goodness it was late and nobody around. People parking on ramps made it dangerous going down the levels going round blind bends. Absolutely no signage to tell you that you had to go to level 11 to exit to street level as a pedestrian. Positive was that the $10 flat rate on Friday nights is good value.

This place need to be policed by management, cars park anywhere they want , on ramps where it says no parking , in turning bays where it says no parking , instead of threatening to tow people's cars if the park in these areas you might want to actually do it and tow them
