The air con is fine but the servicing is appalling. They're so swamped that I had to wait almost 3 weeks for a warranty repair. Meanwhile we had a number of hot (40+) days and I have a young baby in the house. I'm just glad it was still under warranty and I could go through my building company to fix a system less than 18 months old. The poor service guy was lovely but he had so many backlogged jobs.

I have never had so much trouble as an Air-conditioning installer trying to have a system repaired under warranty for our customer.
Just trying everything that there overseas call centre can to prevent having to repair system.
