Top notch customer service, I couldn't be happier with their service, and the help they offer.

I have indian ringneck and they did trim her nails for me for free and helped me with licensing form as well.

I was real surprised and happy with their help.

I now drive there weekly for all birds supplies.

And fellas, trust me, if you need help with anything just ask the ladies over there and they will give you straight forward answer to your enquiry.

I love this place! We got our girl Tilly from these lovely people over a year ago. If you have a feathered friend that you love to pamper or just to get the basic food, this place has it all. Prices are so much better than your big pet stores. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who is a lover of birds.

Love visiting this store! Have bought 5 budgies from here in the last year and they are all beautiful and doing well. Also has a great selection of items and reasonably priced.

Love this store! They have a wide range of bird toys, perches, food and foraging packs. Lotsa different types of birds for sale as well, the kind you don’t get see at other pet stores. Literally a bird haven!

Best I've seen. Birds are all clean, healthy and well looked after, with big enough aviaries to keep the birds happy. Lots of hand reared birds for sale who are inquisitive and friendly - clearly carefully reared with love and care. Lots of the bigger birds love a scratch and a chat. Huge selection of cages, feeds and accessories. Cannot recommend enough.

I got a hand reared cockatiel from here and he is the most amazing little angel I could ever have asked for. He adapted really well into our home and has grown to be lively and happy and his health has remained impeccable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Workers are very friendly and they have a very wide range of birds and products! Prices are very reasonable, so much better priced then normal pet stores. I am very happy I found this place, will definitely be coming back to get all my bird stuff from now on! 😄

Love Swan Valley Birds! They have a large variety of birds presented in a lovely manner; love the outdoor section . May not always have everything in store at the moment you walk in there but they are always willing to order them in. They have a great and extensive knowledge of most parrots, parakeets and finches. Some staff are new and we all understand they are in training and building up their knowledge. Irene can never do enough to help bird owners out.

We took our cookateal back for wing cropping. They did it for free. The ladies suggested lots of good things for him like feeds and toys. So lovely as they know lots about birds and can see the genuine love or interests.

Shop has everything you could need. Little cramped and very noisy but that's expected with the amount of birds in cages inside.

Swan Valley Birds is amazing! They have a wide variety of healthy birds, all cages clean and staff are very helpful. Store is very large even though it looks tiny on the outside, don't be fooled!!!
