It’s worst customer service ever. Purchased shoes from the store to get ship to me, when I get home found she ordered the wrong size for me so I have to go to Perth store to buy it, 6 weeks later I still haven’t receive the wrong size shoes, oh , found out the lady didn’t even process it probably, so it will never send to me. Manger told me to go to store to get refund, went there again, the lady won’t give a refund, I have to ring up the customer service to try to get it to sorted. It has been 7 weeks since I purchased this item. Still not get my refund yet. Frustrated!!!!
They don’t seem to care!!!!!!!!!
