Chicken Rice Corner (Market City)

Very reasonably priced good food. The location is convenient as you can get your food after shopping for groceries.
Although there is a large car park, finding parking spaces during weekends can be difficult.

The atmosphere inside can be hot during the summer and more than usual level of flies can be there since the sliding doors keep getting opened. Takeaway is recommended.

Hainan Chicken Rice - $9.3 - Good portion , rice can be more fragrant, chicken was generous but different to the ones I have in Singapore , more like poached white chicken with some subtle flavors? But adding the chilli really helps, and the chicken soup was self serve which was nice

Laksa - $13 - Good in taste and quantity, broth was quite rich and flavorful, would have this again for sure

Chicken rice corner has probably the best hainan chicken rice in WA. The price is so cheap and taste delicious. $9.30 you can self serve soup as well.
The curry chicken rice is really good as well $12.00 but it would be better if there is a picture shows spicy or chilli. I didn’t know was going to be spicy so I put chilli on the rice became double spicy Lol

Cheap & cheerful Asian inside the food court area. Expect long lines if you come during the weekend around lunchtime however the line moves quickly & the food is prepared quickly. Laksa & baos are amazing & chicken rice on point. Also get free soup if you want it.

Simple meals at a very affordable price. Been getting takeaway from here for a while as the service is also very quick. For the price of $10 for regular chicken rice, the portion is decent and the quality is always consistent. For each meal you can also have a cup of clear chicken soup.

Absolutely excellent Malaysian/Singaporean street food. Another little gem hidden in Perth. Worth the visit from far and wide if you want reasonably priced delicious comfort food.

Today we impressed with their black papper crispy chicken... crunchy chickens fillet, little sour and lots of heat from the black pappers.

Their Laksa is still one of our local best - thick and creamy.

At the counter, dont forget to asked for the order number, if they havent give you one. You will need this at the pick up point.

Clear chicken soup, chilly & soy sauce, and cutlery located around the corner of pay counter.

They serve in disposable containers, so if you have left offer, simply just close it with the lid... And it ready to go.

Located Infront of the fruit and veg shop, with etpos facility and atm near by.

Pretty decent Malaysia flavour cuisine, recently got time to visit back and tried their laksa and it tasted good!

I'm a regular here as the chicken rice and curry laksa are really tasty. Prices are reasonable too.

Best Hainan chicken I've ever had. And with this hot sunny weather, you can fresh up with their Sweet and Sour Calamansi juice! 😋 Just YUMMMMM

Yesterday, I ordered a sauce type egg noodle that came with bak choy and cucumber. In addition to that, I requested a braised chicken egg and curry gravy as topping. Wow! The aroma of the coconut-based curry was so nice, and the taste was so good. A good simple lunch. Unbelievable!

If u like chicken rice & chinese style noodle dishes, this is definitely a place u can try. Beside being tasty, their food is cheaper than most places. This is a chicken rice shop, so u will find few types of chicken rice. There are few add-on, extra dishes, but mostly chicken rice and noodles. Free flow of clear chicken soup, if u like clear soup, and of course the necessary condiments for this dish. Their service is fast and efficient. U won't hv to wait long for ur food. U can dine in or do take-away. We r happy with our chicken rice here 😁👍🏻 and yes, they open early and close late too.

Roast chicken rice is my favourite dish here. Laksa is also very authentic. Great spot for a quick take away in your lunch break, always busy, but served quickly.

Great little place for a quick, simple and delicious meal. I don't live in the area, so whenever I find myself nearby, I try to coincide my plans around lunch time so I can stop in for a meal.
I had the curry chicken and rice with complimentary clear chicken broth. It was delicious. There is the option to add other condiments such as soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce.

The taste reminds me of all the chicken rice I grew up with back in Penang. So it’s a 5-star for me.

Just got the curry chicken noodles and hands down the best curry I’ve had in a long time! Amazing!!! Even purchased another small tub of it to go over noodles when I’m home!
