Sessions with Tim are awesome. He really give you the space, safety and understanding to learn ways in which to use ACT methods in every day life. Couldn't recommend enough! Plus he’s a good guy, really chill.

I found my time in therapy with Tim very comforting and positive. He showed me the ways to understand ACT therapy and how to apply it to my daily life. He is extremely caring, nurturing and understanding to the needs of the patient and goes above and beyond to help in any way possible. I highly recommend his services to anyone suffering depression or anxiety, he truly is a gem!

Tim is a great psychologist. He helps explain ACT concepts clearly and shows you how our human mind works. I walked away having learnt some great tools which I was able to implement after our first session.

I was really nervous about opening up to someone about some difficulties I was experiencing. Within a minute or so into my first session with Tim I felt really comfortable and at ease.

Over my time with Tim, I have gained many skills that help me address, accept and deal with hard times and good times. Tim has honestly given me a fresh perspective on a lot of aspects of life.

I can't recommend Tim highly enough. He is friendly, professional and easy to talk to.

Tim's gentle and caring nature, infused with a bit of light humour at times enable building trust and rapport quickly. As most other reviews mention, the toolkit he equips you with is something you can take forward with you and apply as and when you need in life situations. Thanks Tim for holding space (for the first time I actually understant this concept) for me to go through difficult feelings and come out the other end.

I had a few sessions with Tim in 2021 when life, love, and work in the time of covid had me stuck. I found the concepts to which he introduced me using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy exceedingly helpful and was able to finish 2021 and begin 2022 as a much calmer and more effective person. I would recommend Tim to a friend, colleague or acquaintance looking for some new life tools without any hesitation.

Excellent professional psychologist teaching Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Tim's method is to rapidly equip you with a set of tools that you can take into your life on an ongoing basis, to help your mind respond to any challenge, flexibly. His actual intention is to help you to live your best self, and to not need him long term!
Tim's style is relaxed, non-judgemental, compassionate, supportive, thorough and practical. He's naturally disarming, and importantly, able to relate to your challenge, normalize it, and help you to move through what may have you "stuck".
Absolutely life-changing and invaluable. Highly recommend.

After months of feeling flat, overwhelmed and lost in my emotions I went to see Tim. This was one of the best decisions I have made. I was very nervous at first and was unsure what to expect. Tim made me feel so relaxed and calm and helped me work through everything I had on my mind with a bit of laughter added to make it more personal and to make me feel more comfortable.

The methods that Tim taught me have helped with my everyday life and I feel much more in control again. If you are looking for someone down to earth, relaxed, comfortable to be around and talk to and someone who can make you laugh even through tears I would recommend Tim any day!
