Were happy for me to post my Macbook ahead as I was only in Perth for a short amount of time. Once it arrived they ordered the parts the same day and had it fixed within my short timeframe. All covered under warranty. Even emailed me directions to the shop to make it easier to pick up. Awesome service!

So helpful, offered lots of advice and sorted the issue in a professional and timely manner. Highly recommend.

Really unimpressed at the customer service I received today, whoever I spoke to on the phone kept cutting me off. As well as the fact that I emailed someone roughly a week ago about a refund due to not being able to get my book until September (which I should have been made aware of before I ordered the book) The information should have been on the website I spoke to 3 different people to be made aware of this. I understand everyone is under pressure at the moment but I’m really not impressed and will not be buying from them again after this is resolved.

Not recommended. Very unprofessional people. I ordered book online. Haven't received even after weeks. Never ever order from here. I think its fake website. Only want to snatch your money. Please order from somewhere else if u want your things on time. Customer service no is fake too.
