I value customer service and tend to only leave reviews for those who deserve it.

Searching for a competent and professional accounting and taxation service had always been difficult. Every year I would discontinue using my service in the hopes of finding a new accountant who also provided decent customer service, you know, for example, an accountant who promptly answered your phone calls and emails, kept your file in good order, lodged documents in good time and provided up to date, excellent advice.

When Inner West Tax came recommended to me, I thought I'd give it a try, since it couldn't be any worse than the others I'd already used.

That was 6 years ago and I'm still using their service. My experience with them has shown me that customer service, professionalism and knowledge can co-exist in the industry.

And now, if anyone asked, it would be me, without reservation, to recommend Inner West Tax.

I have used Inner West Tax for the over 15 years. When first engaging their services, I had over 10 years of returns to be completed. A colleague had suggested Inner West tax! All returns were completed and lodged successfully. I was very grateful with the outcomes. I have continued using their services. They are efficient, helpful with suggestions on claims, lodgments are prompt and assessment notices are as predicted. Preparation fees are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Inner West Tax services.

Inner west tax is fabulous. They caught me up with 10 years of back tax and continue to keep me up to date. My returns are prepared promptly and they deal with any queries from the ATO.
