Coles Eastland

Love shopping at Coles Eastland shopping mall, with wide variety of groceries, fruits and local produces. It opens even when most of other shops are closed.

This Coles branch is located at the corner of the Eastland Shopping center. It is spacious and is easy to access all the facilities without much of here and there. I have visited many a time here and staffs has been always supportive. Everything is well managed and is fun to shop here.

Always a pleasure to shop here, thanks to the two Managers Nathan and Patrick and the polite staff who work here. They always open a checkout for you no matter how busy, always say hello, ask about your day and do their job with dedication and efficiency. I greatly appreciate you guys making a weekly chore a fun experience.

A good and not so busy place to get your groceries.

Had a great experience with an exchange of a faulty product. It was handled with zero fuss and wonderful customer service from the person at the front desk. Happy customer, thank you ☺.

Good big store. Lots of produce and lots of variety. Good prices. Big veg section. Generally no waiting to get a checkout. Has self checkouts and manned. Fresh food. Great

Duty Manager Patrick and staff Amy both were extremely helpful. They are the role models of professional customer service. There was most likely system problem with my purchase. Both of them were extremely patient and help me sorted that out. Amazing work!

I shop there often and am always pleased with the produce and service. The staff are generally helpful and friendly. Just today, Marjo gave me a spare cardboard box because I had forgotten my plastic bag. That’s the sort of “local store etiquette” that I appreciate.

I would like to thank a lovely lady who worked 11.30~ 12.30 today.
I asked for help many times at the selfserve checkout and she assisted me politely until everything was resolved.

Had the lovely Rachel help me when I was stuck with no phone of way home, she was very kind and patient. If she's reading this, I'd like to thank her again. A great employee and person.

I find all the team members very nice, the girls in the deli are such hard workers, I'm always greeted with a big smile, they really go out of their way to help me find what I'm looking for in the deli or in the store, 5 stars for the service in the deli.

A big thanks to Justin from fruit and veg made me feel welcome and look forward to coming back.

Very good range. Issue 12 items or less not always staffed. Can get extremely busy. Staff generally very good and friendly

Good quality products. Very kind staff, been there over 100 times and never had an issue!

Good clean,busy supermarket. Free parking. Good service.
