King Somm Bar

Awesome place with a chill vibe and Dog friendly. We enjoyed really much our gourmet pizza. I got the Amalfi which is with prawns and zucchini cream and I have to say I loved it. Ks board as entree was good as well same as the refreshing Shirazi salad. Pizza dough has improved a lot since I came two years ago, so definitely will come back!

Thanks to the staff and friendly 'neighbours' who made our first visit a great one. Dog friendly and great beers on tap. Relaxed atmosphere with plenty of seating and different areas to sit. Pizza selection was very good for vego and seafood eaters. Will be coming back to my new local. Thanks, Nicole.

Dropped in here Saturday afternoon. Ordered the Margarita pizza with anchovies which was amazing washed down with a couple of their Summer Spritz cocktails. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this small bar.

I was introduced to KS by a friend and have since been quite a bit. I've found the bar staff very bubbly and polite, the pizzas are great and the chips come out super quick to get you started. a mixture of seating options, well behaved dogs allowed. I'd recommend a visit.

A gem of a bar, its a wine bar which I'm not a drinker of but beers and other alcoholic beverages are available too! It looks quite small from the front but the inside is surprisingly roomy. There's also an outside area at the back

Pizzas were lovely, thin crusts and lots of flavour, was eating with family and my mum said it was like pizzas from Italy so I'll take her word for it!

Great local bar - the parma lot pizza is amazing. The back beer n wine garden vibe is great.

I haven't been this impressed on a first time visit since.... Ever.

This place is everything you want in a local. It over delivers on wine - thoughtfully curated and ever changing. It's food mebu is superb, and features the best beef tartar I've ever had. The craft beers on tap and in pack are exemplary and the space is comfortable, familiar and inviting. An absolute asset for Bayswater and a real credit to the maturity of the Perth bar scene.

A bloody great place to go for a beer and or wine. Usually go there Friday's, nice atmosphere. Only gripes are the surcharge for tap and pay and I reckon they could do a little bit better out back.

The local dinner spot Bayswater had been waiting for! On a weeknight decided to to give King Some and Jane Dough a try. As we approached all the tables at the front were packed. The smaller street front is deceiving as the venue goes on to three different seating areas. While the place was busy it didn't feel clostraphobic. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive without being over bearing. We enjoyed a pizza and a glass of wine. Already I am looking forward to the next visit!

Our current ‘local’. I feel King Somm is to good to be kept a neighbourhood secret. Pizzas are amazing 🤩 (bring back the Napoli please!) and the back courtyard perfect on a summers night.

Pizza Doughnuts were amazing starter and good selection of beers, cocktails and pizza. No table service. Looks like a rotating bar selection..

Great Pizza!

Honestly one of the best pizza places in Perth. We came on a Thursday night and the restaurant is very busy for a weeknight which goes to show the quality.

Not only that, there is an amazing selection of wine, we popped down to the bottle shop area and selected a bottle to have with dinner which is a great idea to be able to see the big range and pick yourself.

Great atmosphere, lots of parking available and very reasonably priced.

Great place. Friendly, dog friendly, got served quickly (it was quiet) and the pizzas were amazing! Not a drinker but that side of things looked good too.

Great choices of drinks, I absolutely loved the atmosphere there, especially in the garden area. The staff was super friendly. Will come back!

Popped in during opening week, love the courtyard for summer dining and the wine store! We had the lamb ribs with saffron yoghurt sauce and the classic pizza with bresaola - both were very delicious!

Great venue and a great Team!

I recently visited for a combined 50th birthday celebration and even though it was quite busy, the service was amazing!!

The grazing table was well set up and the rotating pizzas were a great idea! Certainly had a great range of food available.

We were also offered an extensive range of drinks. Some of which some were not on the menu.

The bar manager was very helpful and attentive at all times.

I would certainly visit again for a lunch or dinner setting and would consider hosting an event here also.

Always a fantastic selection of wine and drinks to go with the superb pizza. All the entrees are delicious, the service is wonderful. An institution. Hot tip - go the salt and vinegar fries with Nutella dip. Somehow a magical combination.
