Cowley Beach Caravan Park

Beautiful and peaceful spot right next to the beach! Also great for bird spotting. Very friendly owners who made us feel at home! Sanitary facilities are spotless.

Top Spot - Welcoming Managers Les & Deb doing a great job. Great beachfront location - quiet & relaxing - roomy shady sites - clean amenities. 100% recommend for overnight or extended stays. 5/5 Stars and excellent value.

Nice place to stay we stayed for 2 weeks at $30 a night pretty cheap really clean toilets and showers.
Down side is can rain alot and get really windy.

Has a really small town no shops will have to travel to innisfail.
Great if you have kids.

Do allow dogs as long as they are tied up and you clean up after them.

This is our “happy place” the best location right on the beach. The facilities spotless clean.
The hosts Deb and Les are constantly working to make sure the site is in tip top condition.
Just spent three weeks here and will be back for a longer stay in the new year.

Powered site for one adult $30 which came with extremely welcoming hosts, smiley neighbours, very clean amenities and a gorgeous view.
Little shop with ice creams, drinks etc.
Minimal Vodafone reception fyi, my own fault, I know!

Little slice of heaven! Les was so welcoming and gave us a spot right by the beach, which was actual paradise. Amenities (kitchen/bathrooms) were nice and clean.
Beach is lovely to take a walk on, or catch a glorious sunrise if youre early enough!

Travelling in school holidays with no forward bookings and we found Cowley beach caravan park. Deb and Les fit us in and were so friendly and accommodating. This place is a real special gem! Relaxed, friendly, spacious and dog friendly!
Beautiful new amenity blocks....clean and tidy.
The beach is beautiful to walk on - we didn't see any crocs but hear they are definitely there.
This is a place we will come back too ....we loved it!

What a beautiful place to take a bit of time out camping and enjoy a bit of nature. Oh and some freshly caught seafood will definitely be back just loved the camp kitchen❤

Great park right on the beach. Lovely clean amenities and camp kitchen. Les and Deb the managers are very helpful, understanding and friendly and are always doing something to make your stay more enjoyable.

We had a great stay at this campsite, one of the small highlights of our trip! Recently been taken over by Deb and Les and they couldn’t have been more welcoming to us. They made us an amazing dinner and also made adjustments to our booking as one of us has a broken foot. Went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more thankful. Amazing people! Toilets and kitchen are spotless.

Absolute beach front, would be in our top 3 after 6 months of travelling. Pet friendly. Owners were lovely. Beautiful quiet park to just sit back and relax. We will return.

Absolutely loved my easy one night stay at this secluded place! Super quiet, yet so close to Ettie Bay. Cowley Beach itself is absolutely lovely and great for a walk. The shower/toilet block are new and very clean. Will for sure be coming back many more times

This place is a breath of fresh air, just wished the weather gods had played along for us and we would’ve stayed longer! Ammenities are so tidy! Camp kitchen is one of the most well equipped I’ve seen. Silly Lily the dog is the cutest welcomer and her owners (park owners) are equally as friendly and welcoming! Camp sites are spacious and tidy with green grass and just steps from the beach and 800 metres to the mouth of the river for the keen fishermen and women.
There is a playground just up the road for families with young kids too.
Definitely the best value for money we’ve seen on our way back down from the cape ! A hidden gem off the main road for a bit of down time!

Beautiful quiet park on the beach. Great beach to go for a walk , fish or go crabbing.Large grassed beach front sites.Deb and Les are perfect hosts in every way. The park is a credit to them. We will definitely be back.
