Had a lovely tasting with Tash. She was very informative and engaging. A good range of wines. We did like the Rose and Pinot Noir. We sat out on the deck, the weather was fantastic. Great way to have a wine experience.🍾🥂

I travelled from Melbourne to Margs for a weekend trip and on our winery tour this was our second stop! Great atmosphere, tranquil views and tasty wine. The GOAT staff member is definitely Greg, he was so funny, cracked all the jokes and educated us about the wine in the region as well as the history of the family who owns Walsh & Sons. Safe to say this was our favorite winery of the day. Thanks for having us! For anyone stopping by you must meet Greg he is elite. Thank you💖💖💖

Such a cute little winery, good vibes, good wines and good music. Our server Indi was super nice and helpful with our tasting selection. We had a great time!

Visited earlier this afternoon and had such a lovely time! Tash helped us out with our wine tasting & we loved all the recommendations! If we’re ever in Margaret River again we will definitely stop by! Thanks again :)

Went here with family after a day trip to Prevelley. Very close to the town and a nice option for an early-afternoon wine and grazing platter.

Good points:
- really impressed with the service and customer experience overall. Had a great conversation with Natalie (I think her name was). I found it to be quite a relaxed experience - no pretentiousness in the wine tasting, and good conversation overall :D
- options for wine by-the-glass or bottle, and Natalie allowed us to sample before committing to a bottle.
- compared to other winery food options this venue provides grazing platters comprised of local products for a reasonable price. One of the platters was sufficient for four people though didn't leave us 'full' (don't use as a surrogate for a full lunch). Individual components can be purchased if still hungry
- nice range of wines available and all were happy with the final bottle choice
- we purchase a grazing box, and this was nicely prepared by Natalie in a more formal presentation style
- very cozy undercover area with heaters and blankets (NB no view of a vineyard)
- dog friendly in the outdoor seating area

Points for Improvement
- I have added a photo of the deli fridge that shows the food options as this wasn't very clear prior to arrival. Though they sell big cuts of meat it isn't a lunch venue (no restaurant).

The beautiful French girl that served us was so chilled out and so enthusiastic about the wines. We just couldn’t help but being enthusiastic about them too. They are really quite delicious. Definitely worth a visit. Sitting there looking out over the fields and enjoying the laid back music was wonderful. Lots of different seating arrangements from bar setting, to comfy lounge.
With each tasting of wine we eagerly listened as our host she delighted in telling us about each of the blends and how they were produced. She was very knowledgable & super relaxed to indulge us with her time. Expertly shared herself with us whilst serving multiple customers,

Beautiful place and location. We stocked up on small goods, and signed up to the wine club after a very thorough walk through & tastings with Megan.
Walsh & Sons have certainly hand picked great staff who clearly love their jobs.
Highly recommended for foodies and lovers of wine that is produced a little uniquely.

Great experience here. Sustainable farm with old school practices turned into a more sustainable way of producing. Vegan wines, what more can you ask for?! Other places using fish guys, eggs and milk really need to arrive in the 21st century and follow the direction this small family winery has went. $10 for 5 wine tasting in superb setting was a delightful way to start the day.

The friendly and knowledgeable young lady who gave us our wine tasting experience made it a very special one. The wines were so delicious it was hard to choose which ones to purchase. The cellar door is tastefully decorated and the view is lovely too. We are glad we stopped by.

What an amazing cellar door experience, wines are absolutely delicious and the cured meats were stunning. Big call but I reckon its the best wine in the Margaret River region.

Amazing wine tasting experience with Greg who gave us a relaxed but detailed tasting of all the unique wines. They make varietals you rarely find elsewhere in Australia. The Albarino is on par with any you would get from Spain.

Great atmosphere if you’re looking for something more relaxed. You can either book a tasting or have a glass of wine with their incredible charcuterie boards. The wine was also super delish!

Will definitely visit again soon.

Absolutely loved my time here, wine is amazing and the grazing box was a perfect way to accompany the wine tasting.

Staff were very friendly, Tash even changed my opinion on white wines with the lovely Chardonnay.

Great little place to get local produce (meat and preservative free wine) and all the interesting back stories about the produce - plus the guy that served us tricked the kids with lots of funny riddles!

We popped in for a late afternoon tasting and boy are we happy we did so! We enjoyed a wonderful hour of guidance through the names, flavours, varietals and winemaking approaches used by the Walsh & Sons team. Special mention goes to Greg for his friendly down to earth & funny tasting session - highlight of our day in Margaret River.

The winery here is family owned, very quaint with beautiful surroundings. They had a great selection of wines, as well as cheeses and meats to make your own charcuterie board to enjoy there or at home! Greg, who looked after us, was very entertaining, and welcoming. We would highly recommend a visit here and if you're lucky enough to be looked after by Greg, you'll be in for a treat!

Excellent cellar door experience. Ryan was a delightful host. Fantastic selection of charcuterie and cheeses and we enjoyed hearing about their unique winemaking style.

Very relaxed and personalised service by the hosts - made extra effort to look after our toddler. Beautiful aspect looking over the bush, snacking on the local cheese & chorizo - great idea and fairly priced!

I've been to many wineries but I've never signed up for a wine club until Walsh & Sons. We had the loveliest experience, the service was amazing (thank you Megan!), the views are beautiful and the wines are all really delicious. Highly recommend - and dog friendly!
