Hello Coles,
This is just a feed back please. A constructive one!. An individual in a wheelchair with a disability wished to express their appreciation for the provision of shopping trolleys that are wheelchair-compatible. Among grocery companies, this valuable service is exclusively offered by Coles.
However, from the standpoint of a person with a disability, two notable improvements have been identified that could enhance the safety of these trolleys for wheelchair users.
Firstly, there is a suggestion to equip the bare metal "clamp" used to secure the trolley to the wheelchair with some type of rubber padding, either encasing the "clamp" or placed within it. Alternatively, it is proposed to round off the sharp edges of the clamp. The significance of this modification is emphasized by the individual's personal experience with severe lymphedema spanning the last 45 years. This condition has rendered the skin on their shins exceptionally delicate, to the extent that even a minor scratch can lead to an ulcer. Given the fluid retention in their calves, it is underscored that these ulcers can evolve into macerated ulcers that require over six months to heal. While the individual acknowledges that they cannot speak on behalf of all wheelchair users, they believe that individuals reliant on wheelchairs would also face an elevated risk of such injuries.

Secondly, a shared concern among wheelchair users utilizing these trolleys is the potential for groceries to suddenly shift and end up in the lap of the person seated. This is described as a very serious issue, particularly for individuals with slower reflexes. It is posited that this situation poses a significant risk.

Plenty of parking space about 4 disability bays and 4 parents with prams, just take care in one point of the carpark as it is a narrow turn point.

Fresh food deals constantly. Stock levels vary but they often have full stock in stores

I was charged a bulk toilet paper I never got ( think the store member thought it was bulk when it was a five pack) and scanned both and was able to go back and get the bulk one without any hassle ( figured I was going to need it anyway)

Easy to shop at staff all friendly will be great when the work is all finished

Great shop, easy access.

Very huge coles compared to many others. The isles are better located and marked and a lot more collection.

Good accessible Coles store with parking available fairly close to the main entrance at most times of the day. MacDonald's and Dome are both close by as well for coffee and food before/after shopping 🙂

It really is a well stocked store , with a wide variety of things that you need. Good fresh Deli, fresh meat and groceries . Electrical goods , Men & Womens casual clothing . Pet needs,including birds, great range of personal hygiene, home hygiene products , toiletries etc . A good freezer section , well stocked with fresh bread and milk . Cant get much better all in one place . Staff are always great. ..

I am a frequent shopper here. I find this Coles tends to have what I need and want more than most Coles I go to within this area. Food is always well stocked. Items are easy to find. This is my go to for my groceries each week!

Shop there every week. Handily located for us. Friendly service, decent sales each week. Plenty of fresh veg of decent quality. Like the Bolognese mince and salmon steaks but not keen on the sausage selection. Miss the Welsh ones in the English selection. Disappointed to see the orange pesto from Mutti is no longer available but that's the story of my life, like it and it disappears. Would like to see the kimchi soup from heart and soul come available in the soup pouches too, or like the carrot and parsnip, is it only allowed to be available at ww? Like that they basically always have wipes available to wipe the trolley handle, saving people from passing along the flu to each other.

This is a new park, so still very clean and tidy. Good facilities including bbq's for birthdays etc. Enclosed play area.

Quick shop before heading back home to wheat belt. Easy and clean shop well set-up.
