This is a Mecca for people who loves their kitchens and what they eat and drink! The store manager and the staff are amazing and really know what they are doing. Doesn't matter you want to buy a simple kitchen napkin or a sophisticated programmable cooker, you'll find it here under one roof. Best place to buy your mum or a dad a gift or anyone else! You'll find the world class products here at a reasonable price. They also will offer a very good deals once you've become a loyalty member. Can't recommend a better place in whole WA.

Purchased my first cast iron skillet with brush and handle grip today, special edition 120 anniversary stamped pan around half price.

Some quality stuff. Easy to get in and out quickly, especially compared to anything in Westfield.

I have never had anything less than a stellar experience here and I've been shopping here for 3+ years. The new store is huge and beautifully displayed. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Today I was looking for a product that I'd seen on the website but couldn't find it in store. The salesperson ordered it to be delivered to my home with zero delivery cost. As it's coming from Perth it'll be here this week and have tracking on the postage.

I've often managed to get extra deals from here through the companies too. I bought a Smeg coffee machine and had a special coffee kit delivered later with cups, milk jug, coffee beans and other goodies. I initially first started shopping here when I wanted a pizza blade and they were the only place in Perth that sold it and I haven't looked back since then.

Super helpful staff, I went in looking for something I found online and it wasn't on the shelf. The woman assisting me did not give up, spent over 10 minutes out the back rummaging around and found what I went in for! Most would have had a quick look and said they didn't have it. Huge store, lots of goodies.

Employees are very helpful, they will give you guidance towards your needs. Very kind and polite.

I bought a machine, it was faulty, When I took it back, it got replaced with ease literally in a few minutes.

However I do recommend customers to Join membership because I didn’t have my receipt, but because I was a member it wasn’t a problem at all.

I highly recommend this place. And I will definitely go back there again.

Fantastic service! I was looking for something and was approached by a staff member. She immediately knew that the product may not be in stock but had a look for me anyway. Then she offered to call another store and asked them to hold the item for me. I'm impressed. 5 stars for making my life easy!

Beautiful new store, doesn't look like much from the outside. Top quality products all in their appropriately theme designed sections away from the usual generic boring warehouse lined rows & corridors. The staff are still pleasant, friendly & attentive. The best of the best when it comes to kitchenware...love it.

I went in yesterday am hoping to have a look at a wok that was advertised on half price, a staff member Steve, a fair headed gentleman offered his assistance to help. I felt comfortable enough to browse around and picked up a couple small items and was attracted to the enamel casserole pot that was also on special but did not have the red colour I wanted. He did helped me with another lady Pearl, at the counter to secure one at the Myaree branch and I was happy not to drive around looking for one. In all, awesome and very pleasant experience and did NOT at all feel being pushed to buy. I too am working in a retail environment.

I did go to MYaree branch and ended up buying a similar pot in a smaller size and my apologies, I did not get the lady at the counter's name except she is a teacher full time, again, such lovely pleasant experience.

I do like both stores after the original store in Cannington which was really big. Just very happy with my purchases and now there is one spare pot and one for a dear friend.

I have just gone into Kitchen Warehouse Cannington for a coffe plunger and can't not leave a review! The store was IMMACULATE. Having worked in retail I can really appreciate good merchandising and that store was on point 👌. I was served by a lovely brunette lady and fare haired gentleman. They were helpful without being pushy. Great service... will 100% be back.

Loads of quality products. I love this shop but I don't go that often on purpose otherwise I'd be broke.

I was very impressed with the layout of this store. It seemed intuitive and I could easily see where everything was. The staff were excellent and helpful. Was the only store that had everything I needed and more.
