What great customer service!
I initially sent an online enquiry for an item that was out of stock - asking if they would be getting more stock. I received a text message response very quickly to say the item was no longer available. BUT they had a similar item in stock at the store - but weren't in the online store. I asked if they would post to me - nothing was a problem! Secure transaction was processed and my items are on their way - WITH tracking number supplied!
Again- what incredible service!

Ordered some rods online through Whiteys. Rods were delivered super fast within 3 days to Melbourne!
I had an issue with one of the rods and whiteys contacted the company for me and got a replacement sent out! This was also extremely fast, within 1 day of me emailing them the Rod was on its way.

Sales team was so easy to deal with and super friendly and helpful!

The team at Whitey’s always goes the extra mile to get what I need, at times they’ve even got stuff in they thought I’d be interested in just so I can have a look and play. You’d be hard pressed to find more friendly people and you feel like you’re a member of the family whenever you go in. Can’t say enough good stuff about em, go see for yourself and support this great local business so it’s always there when we need em!

I am new to the southwest area, and wanted to start fishing again after five years in the desert. Great store, friendly, big range, these guys know fishing, are passionate about the sport, very helpful... I learned a lot about local species, technique/ tactics, and walked out with couple of combos to get started. Thanks Jake and Coops - nothing beats local knowledge, I'll be back!

I used Whitey's to have a broken rod guide replaced. The repair was of excellent quality and the price fair.

This store is most friendly store around they know what they are talking about and if they haven't got it they will get it for you. All staff is a credit to each other.

Great shop for fishing and camping needs. Staffs are helpful to ensure they provide details of the product you need. I just revently bought a travel mugs. They do engravings too if you opt to have your drinkware engraved with your name on it. Few parking bays though.
