Come here often to see the manager Eileen she gives outstanding customer service every time. She is always happy and willing to help. All my family members come here and ask for Eileen any request she goes beyond for us and gives good recommendations. We love seeing her smiling face when we go to do our weekly shop at Livingston. Thank you Eileen.

Came here on grand opening day, despite being busy we were well looked after by 2 lovely ladies Jasmine and Mary-Jo, they wasted no time in greeting us and checking in whilst we were browsing. Their knowledge of products and explaining differences between the jewellery is to be commended especially for pieces we chose as gifts. Highly recommend this store, would 100% return!

My wife bought a ring from there but it was not fitted correctly and we thought to change from there and when my wife went there then the staff girl was agree to change and i was not there, when i went there and suddenly staff said that we can’t change it because it has been used and i told them that my wife just bought yesterday and today we came to change and even if it wasn’t not fitted then how we can use it . So this is the one of the biggest disgusting thing the staff did to me.👎🏻

Visited the store today and was asked to show ID to view diamond rings. While we were checking out the rings my ID was kept under the glass by the staff out of our reach.

I have visited multiple jewellery shops and made purchases. Never ever was I told to show my ID. I really felt discriminated as a hijabi (muslim). I guess they thought I was going to steal their “expensive” diamonds. Sorry not coming back here. I really felt uncomfortable.

Prouds you need to educate your staff on what ‘threats’ look like. I assure you- women wearing a face veil or a hijab are NOT coming to steal. We need to shop and wear our diamonds and gold as well.

I will not be supporting any Prouds branch from now on.
