What an amazing groomer!

We are travelling Australia so always find it tough booking our toy poodle pepper in for a quality, specialist cut (not a hack job with a pair of clippers). Stevie found us a spot with only two weeks notice.

Stevie was lovely to us and pepper, she had a large purpose built grooming studio that was clean and tidy.

We had an excellent experience. I would definitely return if we were staying in the area

I would thoroughly recommend using this service, our Rosie had never looked better and they were very fast, professional and friendly.

Our two pomeranians love Stevie. She is always professional, their cut looks so good and she is consistent.

Stevee is the best groomer and my two Miniature Schnauzers love her to bits. She does an amazing job and they always come out the door looking like Show dogs.

Stevie is awesome and did a great job on our Pomeranians. Def using her again.

The owner of this business asked me, a long standing customer, if I would like to go somewhere else as she had too many customers. I declined. She then created documents about appointments which were false [retrieved deleted messages show the differences] and removed me from her list saying I had missed appointments. I believe she was influenced by someone to take this step. As a matter of interest the same person also told me lots of stories about other people when I first met her, all of which turned out to be untrue.

This sort of conduct is unpleasant at the best of times. It makes her unprofessional, unreliable and not responsive to her clientele. I wouldn't have made appointments if I'd known she was going to dump me in the middle of a pandemic. I'm a lawyer and involved with Not For Profit organisations working for others. This poor behaviour is very disappointing at a time we should all be pulling together. I'm posting this review to stop this sort of practice happening to others. I notice the owner removed my review from her facebook page. If someone is unhappy with her services they have the right to post about it. Everyone should be accountable for their actions. All in all this has been an unpleasant experience.
