The Duke of Enmore

Have come here a few times, after shows at Enmore during the week and also on the weekend. Always a great vibe, amazing people to meet. Staff always welcoming and accommodating. Shout out to Nemo. Keep it up guys - need the cool places like this!

Went there with some friends and we had a really cool time. The live music was great! The staff were friendly and very helpful at making recommendations from their fun and quirky menu. :)

This is the ultimate rock pub in the inner west. Dog friendly, great steaks, grunge scene, bar staff rock 🪨 🎸. If Motley Crew started in Australia they would have started here.

One of the best live rock music venues for local talent in all of Sydney. Great staff, darkly awesome atmosphere, and they have Brookvale Union on tap.

This a great place. Sydney has lost most of its live music scene especially the pubs where you can discover new bands.
Its a mixed, accepting crowd.

What a venue!
I was fortunate enough to stumble upon the duke on a night where they were hosting live band karaoke and i don't think I've ever had so much fun at a karaoke event before! It's really next-level how a live band effects the audience
The atmosphere was insane and i'll be back every two weeks until they get sick of hearing me sing

The Duke is the most hectic awesome place in the inner west! Staff are absolutely crazy good giving a Frankie’s 2.0 vibe for all those lovers who lost a prime spot. The live music is everything, the energy is so good. Couldn’t recommend this place more and if you’re a rock/metal head look no further this place has it all! And the pizza is perfecto, must stop in for a feed. You’re guaranteed the best time every time!

The Duke is wickedly cool! Dark, mysterious, edgy - all the necessary things needed for a fortnightly Hard Rock Karaoke night!! Staff are super lovely, the band is fab, the vibe is on point!

Goodness, what an interesting experience! I / we are definitely not the Duke's natural customer, and stood out like the dog's ears even on a quiet weekend afternoon. Still, the barman was patient and the metal crowd were chill. Good beers, properly served. Bonus point because of strong positive comments from late-night-party family members who know the Duke in its most natural state.

Always a good time . Staff are friendly and super cool. Patrons all get on with each other, music is great and always interesting . Drinks are strong and food is way better than it has to be . Guaranteed always a good night at The Duke.

The Duke is hands down the best pub for pre-drinks before gigs at the Enmore! The outstanding customer service, coupled with the vibrant atmosphere, makes it the perfect spot to kickstart a night of music. Cheers to an unforgettable time!

Good place there's a lots of band , but the security is to strict

Walked in and was immediately met with the earsplitting sounds of four young men who called themselves The Wicked Wings. They were all dressed leather pants and accessories with coloured bandanas. Reminded me of that movie ‘Cruising’.
I then progressed the bathroom and was struck by the intoxicating odour! Took quite a while to get a stall, though. Not sure what that’s about. I then went to the bar and ordered a shot of whisky. It was burning my throat and I struggled to keep it down. The bartender told me to drink some pickle juice, which I thought was a euphemism. It sure did the trick! After 18 beers, the bouncer finally told me I needed to go home. I guess Sydney really is strict these days. Overall, a great experience. Maybe in 10 years when I’m not hungover anymore, I’ll come in again!
