Plum Valley Chinese Restaurant

Guildford area on a Tuesday night is mostly closed so this out of the way restaurant was about the only good reviewed choice. So lucky to have stumbled on it. Jess welcomed us with a lovely smile and warmth. The beautifully presented menu was full of variation. Started with the best hot sour soup ever. The three of us shared Mongolian lamb, beef and seasonal vegetables and a seafood prawn dish. All excellent. It's spotlessly clean and in a new shopping village.

The place was very clean and tidy. The design is modern and welcoming. I liked the wooden walls :) The staff is friendly and food came at a reasonable time. We order the BBQ pork noodles and char kway tiao (fried flat noodles), they were awesome! The cream Mayo king prawn was very good too, although the batter could have been crispier. But I absolutely enjoyed the taste of the dish as much as I appreciated the clever use of purple bits of flower to compliment a yellow colour dish, it was well presented and delicious. A truly hidden gem in a serene and nice area. I would definitely recommend this place a try as the food will not disappoint you.

I cannot rate this restaurant more highly! The food was INCREDIBLE!!! I've been to Malaysia over 20 times and the dishes we ate were better than what we've eaten in KL! The service is outstanding, the prices are reasonable and the food is AWESOME!

Char Keuy Teow is always my favorite dish and the Very Berry Nice Mocktail taste so good especially during the summer.

We stopped in here after seeing the reviews and we loved it. The food was plentiful and delicious. The service was perfect. I will definitely return. Give this place a try. You will not be disappointed

We regularly get take-away delivered from this establishment and are NEVER disappointed. We finally got to dine in and what a lovely dining experience. Fresh food, attentive service & good value. What more could you want

We went there for lunch. The beef fried rice noodle and beef in black bean sauce were so delicious.
The restaurant was non pretentious, quite simple, but great value for the most delicious Chinese food (a foodie/cook rating).

Amazing food and top notch service along with blazing fast delivery. I have ordered here about 10 times and every single time they have exceeded my expectations by a long shot. By far the best Chinese food in Perth Metro! If I could I would give 6 stars!

My sister and I stumbled upon this neat and new looking Malaysian restaurant; we were thoroughly impressed!
$10 lunch specials are welcoming, however we both chose from the main menu.
I ordered the Wonton noodle soup and my sister who is gluten intolerant and vegetarian (nightmare), had a vegetarian curry + noodle soup.
The flavours and presentation were wonderful, as was the service! 5 stars 🌟

The food and service are exceptional here. We had the sweet and sour pork, vegetarian fried noodles and the bbq pork fried rice.

Excellent value for money. Look forward to coming again soon :)

I had the Szechuan beef for a second time and it was just as awesome/authentic as I remembered. I’ll come back for this dish. Complimentary water on table was filtered, extra points for sure

Tried two dishes, both of them very tasty and came out quickly. Mayo prawns were fresh and Vegemite chicken was well fried and had nice pickled veges. Highly recommended.

We went and sat down with wife and two young kids. Service and food great. They even made off menu for typically fussy kids. Now 3yo always wants Nasi Goreng (wice)!!! Have had takeaway since and just as good. If you live nearby, give it a go. I will be back for sure!!

Had lunch with my family there today. Very delicious Chinese Malaysian food. The sambal is very authentic and tasty. Loved the kam heong stir fried beef as well as the sambal squid. Would definitely go back again to try their beef rendang, which is their specialty. Service is very good and the restaurant has a nice ambiance.

The tastes and flavour was amazing. Absolutely divine food. Great value. Super friendly staff. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommended 😀😀
