Good food stall hidden in the market. Sitting area is small (only for 3 person max) but most people will take away instead of dine in. We took roasted pork belly banh mi (baguette) and lemongrass chicken. Choose the option with spicy is better. Overall it is good taste.

The roast pork croissant banh mi is such a creative idea. The Zonts croissant is light and fluffy. The roast pork crackling is pure crunch. Chillies pack a good punch. Great take on a classic banh mi.

Have heard so much about this place and finally tried the roast pork bahn mi.. it is one of the BEST we’ve had! The bread has a crunch on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect to our liking. Highly recommend to try! :)

Been planning to visit Viet Kites for quite a while now and I'm glad I finally did.

Food was reasonably priced and tasted great! The place definitely gives you that authentic feel.

It can get a little busy causing a wait time but most people order and then wonder around the markets.

It will definitely be a go to spot from now on when I'm in the markets.

Lemongrass banh mi - bread is very crispy and filling super fresh, good size for the price and larger roll than you get at Le Vietnam. Very delicious and would get it again if I visit Fremantle again!! From someone who comes from Melbourne and has tried countless joints, this one was yummmmmm!

Easily, by far the best Banhmi in Perth. Worth the wait. You won’t be disappointed. I seriously would move to Fremantle just to have it everyday

What a little gem of a place, friendly hardworking and skilled at what they do . I had the Banh Mi in the charcoal bread and was blown away (amplified the taste by truffle shavings on the top,it worked!), you can say goodbye to Subway and becoming a Viet Kites fan ; and guys be patient - they haven't been allowed much in the form of kitchen equipments so the orders do take some time as they are very popular , but all good things come to those who wait😃🙋🏽‍♂👍🏾

I’ve been wanting to check out this place since I saw a post in Instagram. Went on Friday afternoon and had to wait for 25mins but it was worth it! The Roast Pork Croissant Banh Mi was really tasty and crispy. Would highly recommend people to check this out!

So I usually eat at eggspot whenever I go to Fremantle markets but I decided to try the crispy pork banh mi here and omg I was so surprised. It’s delicious! I can’t wait to eat here again. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.

You will not be disappointed by their pork crackling banh mi! Get the banh mi combo with the vietnamese milk coffee. I always say I will try something else the next time I go to Fremantle Market. But, I always end up here. Good food, good price. What more can you ask??

Pro tip: Eat them straight away. If you take away, it won't be as good..

Don’t let the size of this food outlet fool you. The Banh mi is the best I have ever eaten. My wife and I frequent Viet Kites in Fremantle markets regularly. There is usually a 30-40 minute wait at lunch time but the service is excellent and very friendly. They will request your phone number so they can call you when ready.
The pork belly is a must and the other fresh ingredients make this dish.
Place your order and then do your shopping at the markets and collect when you are finished shopping.
I haven’t tried the steam buns but am very tempted.
Highly recommend this little piece of awesome in Fremantle markets.

If you love pork then this is one of must try rolls with pork in here.
They do make i front of you and serve you fresh.
It’s very delicious and filling with very reasonable price.
Very friendly staff and you can always customise your rolls with what you or what you do not.
They also do it with charcoal and croissants.

Absolutely insane how delicious their banh mi are!! Mouth-watering and super intense flavours and aromatics that just melt in your mouth! Group of 3 and all of us are beyond satisfied!10/10 Highly recommend 👍
