Riffa Jewellers has some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. I recently had some custom jewellery commissioned by them. The friendly nature and helpfulness of the manager Vishal made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. The quality and craftsmanship of my pieces is flawless and there wasn’t a single fault in the entire process. I highly recommend Riffa Jewellers and will be returning in future to have more jewellery made.

Good quality jewellery and great knowledge

Very Bad customer experience and Bad Quality Jewellery. The staff may seem nice at first but do not be fooled they are very cunning. The owner is very cunning and misguided us with the content of gold in a pendant. When buying the pendant we asked for the gold content of it and we were told it was 4.5 grams but actually it was only 1.8 grams. We went the very next day to return it and they refused and tried to sell more items for exchange at a higher price. We will definitely not be buying any products from them again. We have also informed all our friends and family about this experience and they will also not be buying any products from riffa jewellers either.

I Purchased a 22ct twisted chain the 16/12/2016 from Riffa Jewellers Westfield Carousel.

On two occasions the chain came apart whilst wearing without my knowledge. The first fault occuring only months after purchase & the second a few days before the 12 month warranty expired. The first fault was fixed and I continued wearing thinking were a fault with the clasp

Upon visiting Riffa Jewellers kiosk-1195 at Westfield Carousel the 14/12/2017, the second occasion, Vishal Kundanial whom sold me the chain and Priyanka Kundanial advised I had the choice of being paid out approximately $476 (original retail price $1615), or the chain being repaired under warranty.

I enquired if a further 12 month warranty would be provided after repairs, which I thought was perfectly reasonable. My reasoning were in case the chain breaks again as it has on two occasions within twelve months. If I have no warranty for a chain that has broken on two occasions, I will have to pay the manufacturer Riffa Jewellers, for their inferior product to be repaired on a third occasion & again going by history at my expense. Both employees refused

Disappointment was exacerbated when discussing an exchange of this inferior product with Vishal & Priyanka. I asked as stated on the warranty document, an exchange occur for the amount I paid for the defective chain with a solid chain on sale & displayed, paying the difference namely $168. Both persons flatly refused. Were very disappointed as my chain is defective therefore monies refunded or an exchange provided for the amount paid, as it should not come apart as has occurred.

As stated on their Riffa Jewellers warranty document:

"Exchanges will be accepted for any product that is of either the same value of your purchased item or higher than the value of your purchased item"

Please do not be sucked in by the 50% off sales as I were. After sales service & staff were unhelpful regarding the faulty product. Staff clearly did not acknowledge the fault & help a genuine customer, whom was willing to purchase a higher priced chain displayed and pay the difference, even after the service provided & quality of the first chain purchased.

Not what I expected in Australia & I will not stop to pursue till a satisfactory outcome occurs
