Riley was amazing! He was so helpful and patient! I find it difficult to find a pair of shoes that fit, and he found the perfect pair for me. He went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back to shop at Rebel because of his outstanding customer service.

Had what I went there for. Was in and out. Friendly customer service. Nice venue and massive variety of different sporting equipment.

Came in today and I was served by Shahrin at the counter. The customer service from her was fantastic and overall it was a very positive experience.

Myself and my partner visited Rebel sport yesterday, hoping to find a specific pair of Bluetooth headphones that seem to not be very popular at all. While the items were listed online as being in stock, we couldn't find them anywhere in store.
The staff who were working yesterday went above and beyond to find these headphones for us, they searched the entire store and within an hour after leaving we received a call to say they had found a pair and it them aside for us!

Been taking my sons there for years to buy shoes. One great thing is some staff have been there a long time and we often have the same sales
assistant. Could not get better service anywhere. Nothing is too much trouble, trying on different shoes, going back and forth to get different sizes etc seems to no trouble whatsoever. And if needing to return shoes for some reason, again, no problems at all. I give them 100%.

I posted a review yesterday saying I was happy with the friendly staff at Rebel Darwin but was disappointed that the item I wanted, and that was advertised as on special, was no longer available. This morning I received a call from Simon a manager who informed me he had looked further and had found the item I wanted interstate. Not only was the item still on sale price but he also waived the $150 delivery fee. Fantastic service greatly received thankyou!

Your store has excellent staff. I never feel like I have to wander around in confusion, because someone is always ready and willing to assist. Customer service is the forefront of retail, and I greatly appreciate the effort put into developing people with this as a focus.

I'd like to particularly commend Shaquile who I recently assisted me. She went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. She took my details so she could contact me later about an item I was chasing, and put it on hold so I wouldn't miss out. Her attentiveness was exceptional (I mentioned I would be away for a week, and I received a call the Monday following my return).
Thank you very much for your service, I'll surely be back in the future.

Wanted to give a 5 star review to the manager at Rebel Darwin, didn’t catch his name I think maybe Simon. I had to return 10 Nike strike footballs that were consistently going flat and he made it no issue at all, replacing all 10 no questions asked.

Being a sales rep myself I was extremely happy that he made this quick and simple as sometimes this can be made very difficult.

Will be very happy to continue shopping with Rebel Darwin knowing they actually do care about their customers.

Bought a pair of basketball shoes and got the wrong size, called up the next day to do an exchange to the correct size and the team was more than helpful!

Great store, since rebel moved in over amart the store has had dramatic changes they have a lot more range of footy boots, runners, etc. The store is in great condition well laid out. The staff is very polite always asking if I need a hand.

Just got a pair of new shoes for my lil dotta at Rebel Darwin. Every three months we came here to get the new shoes for my dotta and there's a plenty of new shoes for kids and adults with a range of prices. If you a are a member (just like me) then you can have a discount for the new shoes like this one😎 My dotta has had Nike and Under Armour before and we bought all the shoes from Rebel. This time she wanted to try Adidas. We simpky love the quality of the shoes sold at Rebel...aaand we love the friendly service by the marketing sales too...they are so friendly and helpful!

Big thanks to Casey, Theo and the staff at Rebel Darwin yesterday for their friendly, professional service. They happily agreed to exchange my 4ft Everlast punching bag so I upgraded to the 5ft kick bag and I bought the Nordictrack Rower as well. Back to getting my fitness on with help from the Rebel team! Already racked up some klms on the rower, works great and is truly a full body workout. If fitness is on your new years to do list go and see the team at Rebel Darwin..
