Novotel Darwin Airport

Stayed 1 night here recently and was very happy with the stay, will be returning again for another night this week. It is a short uncovered walk from the airport but with the current weather it felt longer than 8 mins, however there is a shuttle on-demand that is very prompt. Check in was very speedy and the room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom where for me cleanliness and good shower pressure is always of top priority. I had 3 meals at Cossies and liked the barracuda fillet the best. Breakfast wasn’t too bad either, it was more than adequate to fill one up for the morning. Did not use the pool but it looks really good and clean although a few more trees would be nice. Most importantly, the customer service was excellent and friendly: I had an important registered envelope sent to me but when I arrived it couldn’t be found; multiple staff members helped look for it and it took an afternoon of nervous waiting but they finally found it, so I would like to record my appreciation for the staff who were working on Thursday 21.12 and helped me with it, thank you so much.

A short stop waiting for our flight as original one was cAncelled. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus made dropping rental car off and getting back to airport a breeze. Food and drinks were lovely. It will look fabulous when renovations complete.

Super comfy bed and really clean room. I ate at the attached Mercure next door- a great evening meal and good selection of food at the buffet breakfast. A convenient short walk to the airport.

I recently attended a training at Novotel Airport in Darwin, and it exceeded my expectations. The conference room was spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for our group of 20 participants. One highlight was the lunch at the restaurant by the pool. The food was surprisingly delicious, and the setting was lovely. Novotel Airport offers a great environment for both business and relaxation, and I would highly recommend it for training sessions and more.

They take great care of their customers. The time I stayed with them has been easy and smooth. The walk from the hotel to the airport was only 15 minutes away.

Located with in a 3-5 walk from the airport. You can take the airport baggage cart to the hotel which was great. Hotel Staff was very nice. There is a section under renovation right now but it looks like they are making a nice pool area. Gym was open very nice with some dumbbells up to 20KG, A few machines and some cardio equipment.
Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, nice bathroom/shower area. Mini fridge in room, and kettle to make coffee or tea.
Great place to stay if you’re passing through.

Great Environment. Reception area is open plan , and welcomes Mercure and Novatel guest.
Nice Clean Swimming pool, Food is Great but bit pricey

Good stay at Novotel Darwin airport. Rooms are spacious. Pool is inviting (can’t wait for the lagoon pool to be finished). Conference facilities are good. Close to the airport and only ~$25 to the city by Uber. Food is good and beers are cold.

We enjoyed our stay and we love the new pool the only concern is the parking space but overall we love it

Very close to the airport (walking distance). Had lunch by the pool, wonderful. Evening is pleasant and good to stroll along the property. A lot of renovations and upgradation work in progress and the making of a bigger pool.

Stayed only one night, the rooms are comfortable and the bathroom was especially good being large.

The perfect stopover, a few minutes from the airport. A very good gym setup, nice meeting facilities and very well-appointed rooms.
The renovation plan looks incredible.

Stayed here for one night waiting for a flight to Perth the next day as it is only a seven minute walk to the airport. The staff on reception were friendly and allowed me to store my bag until my room was ready, in this case three hours.

The room I stayed in was large with two double bed, even though I was a solo traveler. Which I may add was very comfortable. As you would expect came with air-conditioning and ceiling fan.

The bathroom was also big and impressive and as you would expect from a four star hotel very clean, same went for the room.

When it comes to dining this being an Accor hotel you have the choice of dining in the Hotel or in its sister hotel right behind the hotel.

Had dinner in the Novotel in its Cossies Bar & Bistro a large well laid out room with large glass doors leaning to the bar, outside seating and the pool. The meal was of a high standard and very tasty. As for price it wasn't to expensive bearing in mind the location.

Breakfast was partaken in the Mercure hotel. From the moment you walk in your wowed by how much better the hotel is than the Novotel with its tropical look. In this hotel the breakfast is buffet style compared to the ala- cart menu in the Novotel

On the booking it tells you there is building works all around the Novotel hotel as they turn the area into one big resort. From what I can see and imagine this will be a wonderful place to stay when finished latter in 2023.

If I come back this way I will definitely stay here again, but probably in the Mercure.

A difficult registration (not the fault of the hotel) was made much smoother than expected due to the friendly, helpful nature of Manon at the front desk. Manon offers the sort of welcome anyone would appreciate. A credit to the hotel and Manon herself. Thank you again.

Arrived at 1.30am. Shuttle took me to Hotel. Very courteous driver. Hotel Reception professional and friendly. Room beautiful and clean, cool and comfortable. Gave me late checkout as I was flying back next day.
Will definitely stay here again.

Great Customer service provided by Grace at the reception desk! Friendly, welcoming, polite and helpful. Also I met two housekeeping ladies who were also very friendly and welcoming.

The room was very clean and well presented with all the amenities you would expect, including bar fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, iron and board.
The bathroom was spacious with a shower size for 2 people.
There was a small balcony although quite hot due to facing the sun.
My room had two double beds and a large TV.

There is a small shop in the lobby offering drinks, snacks and icecreams.

There is a also a Gym room with an extensive range of equipment including walkers, weights etc.

The pool is located to the right side and also extends the dining area for the Loong Fong Restaurant.
The food is delicious with a good variety on offer.

A bus shuttle service is available for FREE to and from the Airport.

Wheelchair access ♿ and parking is available.

I highly recommend you stay at Novotel as staff are friendly and it's value for money.

7 minutes walk from the arrival terminal, at 0100 in the morning the air conditioning was a welcome relief. The lovely Johanna was friendly and excellent at making me feel welcome while quickly and efficiently getting me checked in and up to my room. You can go next door to the Mercure and charge meals from the restaurant back to your room. They room was clean, quiet and air conditioned, just what I needed at that time of the day.

Clean and very convenient. Just a short walk from the airport. Staff was very courteous and extremely helpful. Provides shuttle service to the airport but did not use it as the walk was quite pleasant since my flight was early in the morning. Checking out was a breeze.

Amazing location with Shopping center and restaurants located in the vicinity. Management nice, friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth the price for what you pay. Air-Conditoned rooms, Free Wi-Fi, Outdoor Pool, Gym, Bar and other helpful amenities. Great place for a family holiday or business meetings.

Really appreciate being put up for the night as flight was cancelled only the room was quite small but everything else was good.
