This homeware store is the perfect destination for all your electronic needs. I was in search of a drip filter coffee machine and was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection of brands available. They offer a range of quality products in every department at competitive prices, and their friendly staff are always ready to assist you.

I ordered a fridge online late in the afternoon. Within 10 minutes, someone rang me with a next day delivery time. Id ordered a freezer from Harvey Norman the week before, and they didn't even give me an option of when to deliver. Good guys were only half the delivery charge of HN too.

Seeing other reviews here some people have had some difficulties but my experience has been excellent.

I spoke to a team member named Penny when organising an order via phone and she was extremely helpful. She was also very patient and called me back within minutes after I left a message for her.

Overall I can't complain, the service was fast, easy and the staff were very helpful.

I would recommend buying from GG. One of the staffs (Liem), he was professional and helpful with our purchase. He was very well directed on the product and what would save your funds when it comes to electricity. Good work!

Bought a google wifi here about 6 months ago. It stopped working the other day and I couldn't get it work again even after resetting it. Brought it to back to The Good Guys as it's still under warranty. The lady at the desk had been very helpful and given no hard time to the situation at all. Got a brand new replacement in less than 10 minutes. In general it is a very good place to buy electronics and appliances, especially if you opt in for concierge service at the same time.

The staff were so helpful with a warranty issue with an appliance that we bought from another Good Guys. Big thank you to Ruby, Gabby, Skye and Osh. Especially Ruby who was so patient and pleasant.

Couldn't fault the customer service of Michelle and Tim. They were very helpful in sorting out a replacement and delivery of our fridge that failed. Very professional, polite ,listened to concerns and answered questions with knowledge. They were very understanding with our situation

Their prices on iPad is heaps cheaper than Harvey Norman and JB-HI-FI combined. Went in, acknowledged by a staff member straight away. Helped us with information and what’s in stock. Happy with the purchase and the service.

Fantastic purchase, great service and washing machine that does the job, Haier 7.5kg Top Load Washer.

Love this place, great prices, great floor staff and an awesome variety of items. Only one small downside is the length of time you have to wait just to buy something at the counter.

Wide variety off house hold goods prices better that Harvey Norman need a good brand new fridge they got u coverd from low end to high. Plus much more in store.

In last couple of weeks I have bought a 75 Tv also Air Con both times have used the Goodguys installation services can’t speak highly enough of both contractors both installed cleaned up the mess took rubbish away and were so efficient and knowledgeable about the products Thank you Goodguys also Jamie the salesman knows all about the products and is very pleasant and helpful .Hence will be shopping at Goodguys again for good service and after service..
