Very friendly, quick and painless.

We arrived promptly at time of appointment, 1pm. We were asked to come back at 2.30pm as there was only one nurse to do the procedure, no one else was at the clinic but we we’re understanding and agreed to come back at the requested time. Had to wait another hour, they didn’t have one page of documentation that was needed to proceed. We were asked if we could take a photo of our id next to some paperwork on their desk and email from our email as they don’t have the capability or ability to scan from their end. There is so much training and technology available. When we’re going to any kind of medical appointment, being in care of competent informative professionals isn’t too much to ask.
