Wow! Big W …A big sale! Christmas sale!!

Awesome place and huge space. Good for kids as they have many toys for the kids to choose from. My son get to scan his toys and put in the trolley. The staff are nice and let him do it. They keep encouraging him. Because of Big W my son is able to handle the self service register and make the payments. Thanks guys for letting the kids learn the life skills.

All the stock I need, I picked up a online purchase, quick, easy and the staff where lovely.

Thousands of products, from toys to clothes, books, and house equipment. Staff is always gentle.

I wanted a tape measurer and was pleasantly surprised by the genuine friendly assistance from your staff.
After going through the checkout I was waiting for my friend who was still shopping and the lovely bag checker quietly directed me to take a seat in the area opposite. With a friendly kind smile.
Well money cant buy good service, but your team there are worth their weight in gold.

I went to purchase a printer.
The assistance I received was excellent from a 25 year veteran her service was great and a pleasure to talk to.

Thank you very much to Amrita in click and collect. Her customer service and communication skills were excellent in helping us pick up a birthday present at short notice.

The best customer service in my entire life. Their names are Faneromeni and Kailee. They work at the Casuarina Big W in Darwin. I am so overwhelmed with the service that was provided to me by them. They helped me to plan for my birthday event and helped me till the success of my birthday party.

I am giving 5 stars just for Faneromeni and Kailee and for their service. Customer Service given by them is something every places should have so that the company can have happy, satisfied and sustainable customers. I go to BigW now and then and will choose BigW over others as I am impressed with how special they made me feel with their service.

Big W is my fav places out of Woolworths, Coles, and Kmart. But I do think it needs a bit of an upgrade to the shop. Overall though, they got good stuff in stock and workers are super friendly.

Easy access to all shops, very clean, air-conditioning excellent friendly staff

A great place to shop, has most of everything that you couldwant but for live puppies. The staff are amazing and the customer is freaking awesome.

Krishna was very helpful. I recommend to request to talk to Krishna if ever need any assistance with tech :)

Always enjoy going to Casaurina(even though some shops are closed). Had KFC, a Pedicure at S and S Nails was awesome and relaxing.

Only one BigW in Darwin as I understand it. Laid out the same as my local BigW in Victoria so it was easy to go straight in, get what needed and pay.
