India Grocer Balcatta

Today around 2:30-3:00 me and my husband visited this store in balcatta . A tall girl with bright eyes and wide smile served us . I usually don't put reviews but today I was so happy with her service, forgot to ask her name .I was observing how welcoming she was to everyone. Hii , thank you , see ya were her words . She helped me to find each of the item I was looking for with a patience . Not only us she was attending all of clients with same smile. Not like the other girls in this store just making faces on being asked for help. I seen her first time at store. Note to hiring manager. Hire more girls like her. Pretty girl with best serving skills. You will go to the longest girl.

I was regular customer of this store in balcatta from so long but due to rough service and egoistic girls, I changed to next door Ganesh foods but today I had very good experience with Anjali , she knows what customer service actually is!! Other girls should be trained properly as her. Because to be honest , you loose your customers with rough service , so honest advice is to train your staff properly so that we come happily. Staff at Indian Grocery are excellent. Shop is nice clean and tidy. Varieties of Asian food items, and very easily to pickup from the shelves. Priya is very keen and helpful and supportive staff. I would recommend this shop to everyone. 🙏

Very good variety of Indian products. Love the cleanliness of the store and the excellent service. Have been coming here since they opened the store a few years ago. Price is very competitive and when you buy a certain amount they even give complementary products. Param runs an excellent store. Keep it up.

One of the best store I have visited. I came with my wife day before yesterday and staff was so nice and helping. I came to know that store was run by some girls and they are pretty good at it.

Love this Indian store. I get all the rice brands I like, all the spices I need, and we love the fresh hot Punjabi Samoas on Saturday morning! Staff are friendlier than competitors too...

This is the best grocery store I've been to in a long time. The store is always clean and organized, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of fresh produce and the prices are very reasonable.

This place never disappoints with the amount of stock they keep the range of varieties of stocks they have. If you are missing home back in India here in Perth, head to this store to get all the materials to cook and satisfy your cravings.

Best Indian store NOR. Never sells expired items, clean & hygienic. Maintained extremely well by the staff there who are always helpful & pleasant to converse with. Bit of a drive, but never had any issues with their products so this is our fixed weekly grocery stop.

Best shop I have ever found to buy. You can find all variety of stuff, very clean and organised. Supporting and friendly staff always ready to help. Going there from day one since this store opened.... yummy sweets are bonus on top of everything.
