Recently had occasion to call on Pedders for an extremely difficult repair on my motorhome. The team at Pedders Cockburn, with particular thanks to Dianne in Admin. who kept me up to date with information, were all helpful and did their absolute best to help achieve a great outcome. I cannot thank them enough. My motorhome has been going well ever since however Pedders did inform me I needed another adjustment which will be booked in soon.

The service at Pedders was amazing. Dianne and Peter were fantastic in helping me with all my questions and the job completed on my car suspension no words to explain. I don't hear any noisy. It is like a brand new car. Thank you guys I will be back when my breaks need a service. I will definitely recommend Pedders in Jandakot.

I have an imported car which is quite the oddball when it comes to suspension and parts, the guys at Pedders Jandakot tracked down exactly what I wanted, got in done within a day of the parts arriving from overseas. From the first phone call inquiry, to the end result pick up, the service I received from Pedders Cockburn was simply amazing.
Nothing at all too much trouble for the team and even had phone calls on my behalf to the dealer selling us our new BT50 to organise pre delivery work.
And the work we received on a GVM upgrade was spot on and immaculate.

Wonderful experience

My ute has had a persistent squeaking noise for quite some time ( approx 12 months), coming from the rear. I took the ute to various different mechanics and even another Pedders store, and after spending over $1000 to get the problem soughted, the noise has been never fixed. It started to really do my head in, spending a lot of money only to have the problem reoccurring. I read up on Pedders Cockburn and after reading the reviews from satisfied customers, I decided to give them a try. Diane the reception was absolutely incredible. She took a thorough history over the phone and booked the ute in asap. Incredible customer service on her part. The problem with the noise was identified, totally fixed and was even covered under warranty, whereas another Pedders store had charged for an unresolved outcome. I honestly can't speak highly enough of the service and workmanship at Pedders Cockburn.

Fabulous service, genuinely nice people, very professional and did a great job. We had heavy duty springs front and back, new tyres, wheel alignment and wheel balance done to our Fiat Ducato motorhome! The ride is so smooth now. Highly recommend.

Having had the runaround by many about our wheel problems with our van, Pedders at Jandakot listened and said what I was told sounded unlikely. They booked us in , had the van overnight , checked suspension, bushes and did a wheel alignment and presto , good to go. I would highly recommend anybody with van problems , don’t go anywhere else but these guys. They know what they are talking about, unlike many out there.

After looking around for a set of Coil-overs from my MX-5 I settled on the Pedders Extreme XA. At the price offered they were very good value for money and the price included fitting and wheel alignment. I was pleased to see the Pedders warranty and its comforting to know that should anything go wrong, there is someone local I can go to to get parts or repairs if needed.
I spoke sent an online enquiry and Diane responded via email and phone very promptly. I booked the car in, dropped it off early and they even had a load car arranged, so I had wheels for the day.
The service team were great, they talked me through the process and sought my opinion and approval on what they would have to modify to get the coil-overs into the car. This was going to involve drilling out the centre of the factory fitted shock tower braces to allow for the adjuster extensions to fit through.
During the day they rang me and spoke about some changes to the plan that were necessary. When time came to collect the car they showed me the changes and I was blown away by the standard of the workmanship, even going so far as to make the openings even and symmetrical and then giving the braces a coat of paint.
On the drive home, the long way of course, I could feel the extra stiffness at the corners. The ride had been lowered 20mm and you could feel it going over big bumps, but as soon as we got to the first quick corner, the MX-5 carved through it. It already was as sharp as a knife through the curves, but now it was even better. I'll be experimenting with the settings over the next few week s to get the set-up just right.
I cant recommend these guys highly enough. I'll be going back next time in need anything done with the suspension.

Great service... friendly staff...fair prices , I've taken 2 cars here for major suspension and brake work and I'm always happy with the work.

I have not dealt with a better company than this. The service was awesome , the knowledge was excellent, and the workmanship was fantastic. My Ute came out of the workshop in very good time considering I had a 2 inch lift Kit done , Also is getting certification and backup service is next to none. Not only was I impressed by the use of a courtesy car, but peddlers is nationwide, so I end up with the knowledge of free motoring, but I can get it fixed if I need it. I’d recommend peddlers Suspension and Cockburn to everyone.!

Had pretty much whole Front end rebuilt on my Territory excellent service from Peter Dianne and the team had a little hiccup with parts & a noise n were good enough to rectify the next business day at there own expense. Vehicle drives like new now.

Absolutely great! We took our Fiat Ducato motorhome, with luton top, for new shocks, coil springs and wheel alignment. I was given a courtesy car and was done the the same day. The front of our motorhome is much higher now. Absolutely love it. It's the best service ever. Highly highly recommend them.
