Easy to find , plenty of parking, tram stop nearby, staff helpful, no complaints

I went in here last Friday and was greated by Sergis at the door, even though he was quite busy putting out stock.
What a polite person he was, he let me look around first before asking me if I needed any assistance.
Took me right to what I was after and was very polite.
Sergio is a great asset to the store and I hope he is well regarded as I work in Retail and this is what I call good old customer service.

The service at this chemist is exceptional. Monique, the pharmacist was very helpful in helping me choose an appropriate brand of fish oil tablets. I'm pregnant and wanted to make sure I bought a brand that was Mercury tested. Not only did Monique look at the different brands and suggest one, she then went above and beyond to check with a naturopath to suggest the best brand for me. I'm so grateful!

The pharmacists here are incredible and always very helpful over the phone when I am starting new medications - over the past 12 months I have trialled a lot of new meds and each time they are happy to answer my questions and let me know which things I can mix and match e.g. can i take nurofen with X medication, can I take antihistamines with X medication. I feel very supported by the team here even when they are busy.

Great customer service. Especially the pharmacist with pink eyelashes. She is so nice, patient, responsible and helpful. Great store, great price and great service. My go to chemist!
