They are a great bunch of people, the manger of P.C.R top person a very knowledgeable person and excellent at hands on repairs never have they done the wrong thing by me and they have done a lot of work on my caravan. Pleasant and experienced staff who completed our repairs to a really high standard and within our time frame. Nothing was too much trouble. Van cleaned before we took delivery. Very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend them.

I'm away off grid and hot water system is not heating up. I've used PCRC before so i phoned them. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and explained how to fix it.

Very helpful in finding the right parts for my jayco, and gave me a good price on a quality caravan cover.

We take our caravan there they are very knowledgeable about our caravan and try there hardest to get the parts needed to fix our large caravan.

I needed an urgent repair/figment of a new jockey wheel & clamp. Old one had to be removed.
I was told to bring my trailer straight on down & it would be done on the spot.
I was able to wait in the customer lounge whilst this was being done.
The service by all staff was outstanding & I will definitely be going back for any further work.

Perth Caravan Repairs are wonderful. A huge thanks to Murray and the team. I recently had a couple of issues that needed fixing pronto as the caravan was being hired out through Campify. They had the van fixed within 24 hours during the busy January period. I was extremely impressed with the service and quality.

The current manager of the Perth Caravan Repair Centre, Murray Pollock, was the Assistant Service Manager at Mandurah Caravan Repair Centre when I first used it in 2002.
Recently I took out some figures on my expenditure with Mandurah Caravan Repair Centre and Perth Caravan Repair Centre since I first used them 17 years ago. On the two camper trailers, our current Windsor Rapid 530S caravan and our 30' Campercraft trailable houseboat where amongst other things, they completely rebuilt the trailer, the total amount to date is $43,332! The service I have received during this time, particularly from the current manager, Murray has been outstanding.
