The team here are one step above the rest! So helpful and have some of the best customer service in the industry. Big shout outs to Hannah, Laura and John for assisting with tracking down the parts needed to fit my Rhino Rack. If you settle for anything less then them you are missing out. Love ya work team you’re the best!

I had a great experience in the store the staff were very helpful and had good product knowledge. The store has a good layout and everything is easy to find. And great prices to boot. I can definitely recommend John and his staff. Thanks guys

Amazing customer service from both the Store Manager, and Lachie/Lachlan. Massive smiles, bent over backwards to help me with car audio (which I don't have a damned clue about). They were both very patient in dealing with me, and I haven't experienced this world class customer service in years. It truly made my day!

Was after a specific part that was only in stock at this store so i phoned up and the girl i spoke to was super helpful and knew exactly what she was talking about, they were able to hold onto the part for me til i got there which was mind you a good hour drive from where i live, walked into the store and was greeted with such kindness and polite attitude, the 2 girls in the store are top notch with there attitude towards there job, awesome store will definitely go back there in future with all my car needs

During my recent visit, I was searching for speakers for my car, and Laura surpassed all expectations in delivering the most exceptional customer service I've encountered in a long time. Man, John and the boy are helpful, lost my roof rack keys, they pretty happy to help and did not stop until they found me all the right stuff, not mentioning they are so friendly the whole time! I ended up buying not only the keys but a replacement of the legs due to bended screw. And John even gave me an extra SEC screw for tightening up better. Can’t get a better service! I recommend them!

It was a great experience at Autobarn at Joondalup as they are always welcoming and comendating for all your needs. I have never had any bad experience or rudeness like other car accessories stores I have been too in the area. Well done to the staff for their excellent customer service .

First time going into Autobarn Joondalup today, my husband and I were very happy with the service. The 2 sales staff were friendly and helpful. The manager was there and was amazingly helpful. We will definitely coming back to shop at this store.

I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Makayla at yr Joondalup store. I was in there the other day, looking for a windscreen wiper blade for my car and she went over and above in providing the best customer service I have experienced in such a long time. She was friendly, genuine, helpful, thorough, went out of her way, had good knowledge on products and was happy to assist me and made me feel valued. Autobarn Joondalup, you have an amazing asset in Makayla and deserves high recommendation for the service she provided. Repeat customer and a very happy one! Each and every visit here (Joondalup store) has been a positive experience. The team here are knowledgeable, provide expert advice and are really friendly and helpful. I've been looked after here really well and the team are going above and beyond to help me build up my truck. The product range is excellent! Don't be fooled into thinking you need to go to a fancy 4wd shop to get over priced kit. A lot of the equipment inside has warranties ranging between 12 months and up to 5 years or more!! Thanks guys for looking after me, and you're my first point of call for all things auto.

Fantastic service, called in for some help with a rusted tow hitch, the manager got me to pull the car into the workshop and took the time and effort to free it. Was able to then get my bike rack fitted and drive the 9 hrs home. Couldn't thank the manager enough for his efforts. Would recommend Autobarn Joonalup every time, they went above a beyond to help me, even in the pouring rain. Well done guys

The team there are so lovely, funny and overly helpful Matt helped me pick some seat covers after being told by so many other places that no seat covers would work with my car. He then put them on for me as well as my window wipers for no charge at all and even told me to come back next week and he will help with the back seat covers that take longer to install.

He went above and beyond and I will definitely be going there first before any other similar shop

Paul, Jasmine and the team at AutoBahn in Joondalup were so friendly and helpful when I came in distressed with an issue with my car and the problem was fixed promptly. I was given helpful and honest advice from someone who knew what they were talking about. The staff seem genuinely passionate about cars and are happy to help.

The new manager was extremely helpful. Sorted out my issue with the headlights in no time. Didn't even charge any extra for all the hassle. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend these guys. Wide range of products at great prices. Staff are fantastic. Even installed the globes on my Golf free of charge!! Definitely my go to place for car products in the future!!
