Super sunflower class, I'm really happy with my finished flowers. It was delightful to spend the afternoon in the studio surrounded by all the inspiring flower creations.

I've been to 4 of Carrissa's workshop and got 2 of her home kit. And I still want to go for more! Her workshops are sooooo relaxing, fun and just a great way to catch up with friends or just connect with other people. Carrissa has a very friendly and calming vibe and I always feel comfortable during her workshops in her studio. Best part is to bring beautiful creations home and to display proudly! Highly recommend to anyone in Perth!

Claire and Crystal hosted my bridal shower where we made the same flowers as my bouquet for guests to wear as a corsage or boutonnière. The studio was beautiful and well suited in size for the 16 people present. The instructions were clear and step by step, with the opportunity to ask questions and get extra guidance if needed. There were ample materials so you didn’t stress out if you made a mistake and we had plenty of time to try again. We all had so much fun we didn’t realise how much time had passed.

We had a fun filled day with making paper sunflowers. The cheese and rose matched perfectly with our fabulous creations. A beautiful day with lots of fun people.

Carrissa is amazing!! I contacted her with a last minute plea to assist with a 1st anniversary gift for my wife - she called and we spoke through a couple of options, settling on a custom paper bouquet based on my wife's bridal bouquet. To say she knocked it out of the park would be an understatement. Carrissa is a true artist and the quality and detail of her work has to be seen first hand. If you need a unique gift or flowers for an event then you absolutely cannot go wrong with Jotterbook Flowers!

Can not recommend highly enjoy. So many joy filled afternoons. I have attended almost every one of Carissa’s classes and everyone is exceptionally well delivered, interactive fun and so relaxing. If you are looking for a welcoming group of women and an opportunity to easily express yourself creatively this is definitely the workshop for you. Plus the snacks are delicious 😍🥰😍such a nurturing and rejuvenating experience every time 😍🥰😍🧚‍♀🌈

I thought it would be challenging, but let me tell you that it’s super easy and anyone can do it! It’s such an amazing workshop and time to spend. I can promise you that you’ll not be disappointed. I must say Carrissa is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. She went beyond and above to make the workshop as memorable as possible. She is terrific, and no doubt, I’d come back for more!

My sister and I have been to 3 flower making workshops together and all of them have been wonderful. Carrissa is such a kind and genuine person and is so talented, which shows in all of her work.

The workshops are very easy to follow and Carrissa does a great job at demonstrating how to make the flowers.

I won a voucher to put towards my workshop at a creatives event, which was kind in itself but Carissa was supportive of me being able to attend with my 5 month old breastfed baby and my Mum to babysit him so I could participate. This was extra kind. We had an enjoyable afternoon and Carissa is a kind teacher and gentle encourager who is knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. Her resource choices/paper is divine quality and the end product stunning despite your own beliefs it won't turn out it does with her guidance. Thanks again Carissa.

Carrissa was an amazing host - we made Eucalyptus flowers - it was so much fun and relaxing at the same time! Highly recommend and can’t wait to join again.

Custom Heirloom Bouquet 💐
I'm probably a difficult client because I didn't know what design I wanted or how to explain my asthetics. All I knew was that I didn't like the idea of splurging on my bridal bouquet that was going to wilt within the day :P So when I heard about Carrissa's crepe paper business - I instantly knew this was for me.

The whole process was so easy. She offered some suggestions and used pintrest images to check my colours and as we talked, I just felt so assured about her creative eye.

Literally fell in love with my bouquet (something I never thought I would - legit, I am not a flowers for valentines kinda gal). No issues with it catching on the fine lace of my dress either. She arranged my bouquet in a way that I could hold against my tummy for the ceremony, and not have things falling or pressing flat as I went through my big day. It was so well thought out! I also used it as the centre piece for our registry table and reception 🤣

My husband and I even took my bouquet to our honeymoon location (we knew bouquet tossing was not something we wanted). It sat on the coffee table accompanying us during our first week as husband & wife! It was such a special moment for us as we unwind from wedding planning, being able to relax while seeing different momentos of our big day.

We had a private session with Carrissa and she was amazing. I made lovely flowers for the first time.

Carrissa was wonderful to work with to create a vow renewal bouquet. Very friendly and communicative throughout the process, and the flowers she made were gorgeous. We wanted a mix of flowers from both of our backgrounds, and Carrissa researched the ones they would work best and absolutely delivered! The bouquet was beautiful on the day, and is still such a special part of our home more than a year later.
