Thanks very much for providing a fantastic service at an affordable price. I spent half a day searching for someone willing to do the job and finally got onto Austin computers. I spoke to the company who were extremely helpful, polite and spent time listening and they directed me to Bibra Lake. Staff here were equally helpful, friendly and professional. First of all, IF YOUR NEW TO PC PARTS AND STUMBLED ACROSS THIS - Austin is one of only 2 shops I would recommend. They are very well known on the whirlpool forums as WA's best choices for a shop with, knowledge, history, great customer service and most of all.. Very competitive pricing. I could go deeper by mentioning the second retailer on the best of list but I won't.
Specifically, I'd like to clip on to the other comments and say that it's even better now that the shop has changed hands, its on par with the other shops and in a really good location if you live in a 10km radius from it. Highly recommended, you don't even have to pay a premium for the great service. You will not be let down in my half a decade of experience with them.

Went in because I misplaced my laptop charger the week before exams *stressful*, Ryan was incredibly helpful and invested a lot of time and energy into finding me the right one. He seemed very knowledgeable and was super friendly! Next time I have computer troubles i’ll definitely be back.

Friendly and helpful staff who also provided great service. I was pop up in the store for a gaming pc, I totally have no ideas what I need and the staff gave me a detail introduction of every parts. I paid the build follow by their recommendation, and it was completed and ready to pick up in 5 hours. When picking up my pc the staff explained everything I needed to know about my new computer. I am so happy with my new pc and the price was affordable.

Absolutely fantastic service, offering alternative options that are better suited to my situation. Didn't feel obliged to purchase anything over the top. I'll be returning if I ever need anything for sure! Same day turnaround for a new customer built PC!

Happy to say that since this franchise has been bought over recently, customer service has been excellent! The staff now took the time to talk to me, explain to me what is available, and went through each pc component with me, so I finally bought my gaming rig from them. Extremely happy with the end product, very well put together, the cables inside were very neat and well tied together, all the parts seemed new, and when I picked up the pc, two of the staff spent time connecting it up and showing me what they have done, what has been installed, and gave me time to inspect the system before putting it back into the box and helped me carry it to my car. I am looking forward to a long term good working relationship with them now.

It's an ok computer shop with easy access and parking South of the River. Just off North Lake Road, it is easy to get to.

What is good is that if you buy in the shop its the same as online. At their Osborne Park store a few years ago when I bought there it was cheaper to leave the store and buy your item on your phone then do a pickup from the delivery dock.

Anyway the range is good, and the shop is clean. Not as cheap as online obviously but not really far off and with the advantage of immediate delivery.

I think i wouldn't mind buying from here again.

Probably the best computer store there is. They always have what you need from memory to full pc systems for work or gaming, motherboards, CPUs, networking and so much more. Combined with very good pricing and helpful knowledgeable staff, they are the place to go for all computer related hardware and software.

Went to purchase a graphics card, i have one in mind. The one I wanted wasn't suitable for my needs, they gave me sound advise, only wanted to sell wanted I needed, not the highest priced item.

Great service and friendly staff. I was having problems with a GPU I purchased and they happily took it back and tested it for me. They confirmed it was faulty and were happy to give me a full refund.

Big computer shop so plenty of options to choose from. Ryan and Franco are great with providing service. Prices are relatively great too. This is our one stop computer shop.

Came in today with my brother and we got our first PC today, very satisfied with the customer service today and I'd also like to thank Li for helping us out today. Thank you very much Austin Computers!

Anywho.. Although they didn't actually have the board I ordered, they were excellent to deal with! Fantastic customer service.

They had everything we were looking for and took the time to discuss options with us. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into making a decision. They were helpful and patient.

I was on a mission to find a particular part for my car amplifier, id already visited all the usual suspects to no avail. On my way home I noticed Austin computers in Bibra Lake was open. I entered with little hope. After speaking with Ryan, moments later I was leaving with the elusive part I was after. Thanks Ryan and Austin Computers.
