This place is a gem. The sandwiches are spot on. The coffee - I always grab a iced latte and it never goes wrong, one of the best I had in Perth.

It gets really crowded in the mornings but its worth the wait.

This place does amazing coffee. The food is a little pricey but honestly worth it because it’s delicious- the Rueben is a must try!

Gushing about this hidden gem in Subi! Local Loot coffee served here is one of the best in Perth.

Sando cravings are always satisfied as they are unreal here!! Fresh and delicious, as are their baked goods. Staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. They efficiently clean tables quickly so you don’t have to wait too long, even though they are always packed.

I was recommended this place by a friend, words out just how good this place is! Community Coffee Co is now my new local fave 💖

Greatest gem in all of subiaco.
Coffee is awesome! Great coffee that wasn't too hot. Only complaint was it's too small and I finished it too quickly.
We ordered the pork miso and it's really filling. Too bad it's cold instead of hot.
Muffin is great, savory with the right fluff.
Ordered the broth to dip the muffin in, and it's a match made for heaven.

This place has quickly becomes my favourite local coffee place around the area I live!

The truck outside the seated area is the highlight of the place where it gives a good vibes that other coffee place can’t provide!

Egg sando absolutely hit the spot, not sure what sauce it was but soo creamy, rich and good. The thick egg ‘patty’ was perfectly cooked too. The bun was toasted but fluffy which gave it such a nice chew. Coffee was decent and service was as amazing as the food. Love the vibes of this place and only downside is the limited sitting. Nonetheless, a great spot for sandwiches

Let me tell you a well know fact in Subiaco, This place has a food truck (what?!) and hands down it serves the best Egg Sando across Perth the coffee is also spectacular. Never tasted anything like it. No wonder it is often crowded during lunch time. It is also hidden in the back of a carpark.

The egg is fluffy possibly only the only thing better is souffle. Tried several items; Egg Sando, Reuben, Sausage and Egg Muffin and even the Egg Sando with bacon and hash... All yummy and spectacular! The only thing I am disappointed is that they do not open on Sundays.... Sigh. Ah Well...when you are around you have to try it.

I've lived in Subiaco for years. But it took a local magazine for me to become aware of this place, located within a kilometre of where we live.

You walk into an open-air car park, just off Rokeby Road and you might see a food truck in the area. Look down behind the real estate agency on Barker Road. Next to that is a bolt- hole coffee shop, which operates from about 6:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. on most days (except Sunday).

I enjoyed a delicious bacon egg McMuffin (made 'old school' style), 'washed down' with a nice almond cappuccino and an Italian sparkling water....

Community Coffee offers is one of the best coffee places in Perth, and I am so grateful that it is one of the very few places that still offers Bonsoy in Perth. Great coffee, lovely people, cosy atmosphere, what is there not to like?

Our favorite local! The egg sando has become our weekly tradition every Saturday, and there coffees are always top tier. Very friendly staff and dog friendly?! What more could you want. On Fridays they do Greek food for lunch out of there food van! These guys are epic.

Love the coffee and the food just can't get enough of this place. Staff are really friendly don't get why some others don't find them friendly? Even my dog loves it here! 🐶

Hands down the best coffee I’ve ever had!

I get a small coffee with an extra shot of coffee and it’s really a hit or miss as most places taste burnt but they made me one and was so smooth and tasted absolutely beautiful!

We also got the roast beef roll and the crispy chicken sandwich and wow I was blown away! It was very tasty 😋 10/10 I would definitely go back!

The baristas at community coffee are so lovely and are always happy to accommodate my love for oat milk. The eggplant parm Baguette is amazing! Really great cafe to visit if you are vegan / have any dietary requirements. They have lots of options and are always happy to help.

Coffee and the venue is great. The food is okay but was lacking a lot of flavour.
